The second system 12 comprises a circulation system, which comprises a suction flow path 20 and return flow path 24 for connecting the degassing device 21, the second pump 19, and the second compartment 5 of the tank 1, and a usage system, which comprises a discharge flow path 22 and connection flow path 27 for connecting the degassing device 21 and a usage unit for using the degassed water. Provided inside the tank 1 are a partition 3 for forming the first compartment 4 and second compartment 5 and a water passage part 6 where water moves between the first compartment 4 and second compartment 5.
Multi-stage filter assembly
In one aspect, a modular filter assembly for filtering fluid that flows in a flow direction therethrough is disclosed. The assembly includes a first housing section having a first filter element; a second housing section having a second filter element; and a connector disposed between the first and second housing sections. A housing includes the first housing section, the connector, and the second housing section. The flow direction is through the first and second filter elements in series.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING EMULSION
The present invention provides a method of efficiently manufacturing an emulsion that is improved in monodispersibility by a membrane emulsification method. The manufacturing method for an emulsion of the present invention includes circulating a mixed liquid containing a water phase and an oil phase in a circulation circuit including one or more tanks, a porous body, liquid-delivering means, and circulation pipes configured to connect the tanks, the porous body, and the liquid-delivering means so that the mixed liquid passes through the porous body a plurality of times, wherein the circulation circuit further includes a gas-separating device, and wherein the gas-separating device is configured to remove air bubbles from the mixed liquid therethrough.
METHOD, SYSTEM, AND DEVICE FOR DELIVERY OF PROCESS GAS
A method and chemical delivery system and device are provided. One method includes contacting a non-aqueous hydrazine solution with a carrier gas and/or vacuum and delivering a gas stream comprising hydrazine to a critical process or application. One chemical delivery system and device includes a non-aqueous hydrazine solution having a vapor phase that is in contact with a carrier gas and/or vacuum. One device includes a chamber for containing a liquid comprising at least one volatile process chemical, such as a non-aqueous hydrazine solution, a hydrogen peroxide solution, or another suitable process chemical, and a head space from which the volatile can be drawn using a carrier gas and/or vacuum. Another method useful in the present invention involves drawing a process chemical from a device as a disclosed herein using a carrier or vacuum and delivering the process chemical to a critical process or application.
TUBE UNIT, DEGASSING MODULE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TUBE UNIT
A tube unit includes multiple tubes, a bundling portion that bundles end portions of the tubes, and pipe elements that are inserted into respective end portions of the tubes and support the end portions of the tubes from inside. A degassing module includes the tube unit and a housing in which the tube unit is accommodated and that separates inside spaces inside the respective tubes from an outside space outside the tubes. In addition, each tube is a tubular membrane that allows gas to pass therethrough and prohibits liquid from passing therethrough. The housing has an inside-space opening that is in communication with the inside spaces of the tubes and an outside-space opening that is in communication with the outside space of the tubes.
Point of use or point of dispense filter with multiple pleat packs
Embodiments provide a filter with a generally rectangular, non-cylindrical profile. The filter may have multiple pleat packs positioned between pleat covers that define regions and flow channels in a cavity of the filter body. The pleat covers have openings that allow a fluid to flow through the multiple pleat packs via parallel flows or series flows. End caps bonded to the body define flow passages for directing the fluid from an inlet to an outlet via the pleat packs for series or parallel filtration. The pleat packs may be made of the same or different materials and may be configured with the same or different heights based on flow requirements. A cage or a separator may be positioned between the pleat packs. The pleat packs may be made of a continuous pleated membrane with bridges defining a space between the pleat packs to accommodate the cage or separator.
Regulated vacuum off-gassing of gas filter for fluid processing system and related methods
A method for filtering a gas includes delivering a gas into a compartment of a gas filter assembly; applying a partial vacuum to the gas filter assembly so that the partial vacuum assists in drawing the gas through a porous filter body of the gas filter assembly that is at least partially disposed within the compartment of the gas filter assembly; and regulating the application of the partial vacuum based on a pressure reading of the gas upstream or downstream of the gas filter assembly.
Cryogenic device for separating gas fraction from a liquefied natural gas flow
The cryogenic device for separating gas fraction from a liquefied natural gas flow carries out a two-stage separation of a gas fraction. The device includes a cylindrical housing provided with an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline, and a perforated partition arranged within the housing so as to face the outlet pipeline. The housing has two (upper and lower) portions of cylindrical shape that are connected to each other at an angle α of 135°-170°. There are two additional pipelines on the outside, one of them being used for pressure feed of a gas fraction after the first separation stage into the housing upper portion, and the other additional pipeline being used for extracting a gas fraction after the second separation stage into the gas cavity of a reservoir containing a cryogenic fuel.
