Plate settler cover and method
The present invention is directed to a plate settler cover that prevents algae growth, prevents contamination from organic material, and provides structural support for a user who is standing or walking on the plate settler system. The plate settler covers can either float directly on standing water present in the system or may be structurally supported such that the plate cover is positioned above the surface of the water.
Lamella and lamellar module for clarifier
A lamella for a clarifier, including a plate provided with longitudinal straight ribs extending from the top part of the plate to the bottom edge, and longitudinal straight folds provided with wings and which are interposed between each pair of ribs to form projections with V-shaped walls that project in the sagittal direction. A top transverse fold provided in the top part, which defines a flat portion extending backwards towards a top edge. A bottom transverse fold that curves the bottom part backwards.
Acoustic Pressure Shock Wave Devices and Methods for Fluids Processing
A method of treating fluids, including for recovery of water apart from impurities or undesired matter, utilizes application of shock waves to the fluids.
MIXTURE SEPARATION DEVICE WITH DETACHED FREE ROLLING BARS
A device for separating components of a mixture, particularly industrial fluids but also gases including air, allows for targeted components of the mixture to be attached onto a separating bar and removed from the mixture. The separating bars traverse a track formed within the body of the separating device and through respective tank, cleaning, free roll, and compression regions in a controlled cleaning system. The separating bars are detached from one another and allowed to move through the separating device independently of one another. The device removes the use of chains to connect cleaning bars traversing through a cleaning system.
Systems, methods, and devices for removing contaminants from stormwater
A stormwater treatment device may include a chamber having a floor and a wall; an inlet formed in the wall that receives stormwater into an inlet side of the chamber; an outlet formed in the wall that discharges stormwater from an outlet side of the chamber; an enhanced settling device positioned in the outlet side of the chamber; a flow diverter plate in a lower portion of the chamber; and an outlet control diverter positioned proximate to the outlet. Stormwater is received by the inlet in a first flow direction, flows from the inlet side to the lower portion of the chamber in a second flow direction, flows through the enhanced settling device to an upper portion of the chamber in a third flow direction, flows through the outlet control diverter in fourth flow direction, and is discharged by the outlet in a fifth flow direction.
Multi-component weir controlled hydrodynamic separator for stormwater treatment
A method, system, and apparatus directed to an innovative approach for the treatment of stormwater utilizing hydrodynamic separator assembly designed to maximize flow movement for more efficient sediment removal and maximize clearance space within assembly to facilitate cleaning and increase storage capacity of trash, debris, and sediment.
Sewage treatment device and method for thermal desorption system
The disclosure provides a sewage treatment device and method for a thermal desorption system. The device comprises the thermal desorption system and a sewage treatment assembly connected with the thermal desorption system. The sewage treatment assembly comprises a particle precipitation tank for removing large particle suspended matters in sewage, a chemical purification tank for removing organic mattes in sewage and a filter tank for removing fine suspended matters in sewage, which are connected in turn, the particle precipitation tank comprises a stirring cavity provided with a stirring mechanism and a contaminant collection cavity, and the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft provided with several groups of stirring blades along a length direction and a first motor driving the stirring shaft to rotate.
Launder cover system
A launder cover system for reducing or eliminating sunlight exposure so as to prevent algae growth in a tank such as a clarifier tank. The launder cover system generally includes a plurality of support members and a plurality of launder covers which are each independently pivotably connected to a tank wall of a tank, such as by using a mount. The support members are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a pivot connector and the launder covers are each pivotably connected to the tank wall by a hinge connector. Each support member is positioned between a pair of launder covers, and each launder cover is positioned between a pair of support members. The support members function to support the launder covers in a raised or lowered position. A launder support may be connected to the channel wall to support the launder covers in their lowered positions.
BOX BASIN WITH AN IMPROVED SEDIMENT TRAP
An improved catch basin and related system for removing excess surface water. The improved basin includes a box like body having a plurality of sidewalls joined together at the corners. A floor is positioned at the bottom of the box and joined to the side walls. Opposite the floor is an upper opening having a frame. The frame is comprised of a ledge extending horizontally outward from the sidewall. A vertical barrier is joined to the distal free end of the ledge and extends upwardly therefrom. The ledge and retaining barrier are positioned and sized to receive a grate. The basin body is made of steel or a non-ferrous material. The basin further includes a sediment trap baffle within the box body. The sediment trap has a continuous wall protruding inward from the sidewall of the basin. The sediment trap baffle covers an outlet port formed through the sidewall during use. An optional collar extends the sidewall in the horizontal direction generally perpendicular to the sidewall. At least a portion of the sediment trap baffle can be repositioned during service of the connected plumbing.
PLATE MODULE OF AN INCLINED PLATE SETTLER
A plate module of an inclined plate settler with a plurality of lamella plates positioned parallel to one another and secured at an angle to the horizontal in the installed state, wherein the plate module is embodied as a plug-in system with end plates between which a plurality of longitudinal plates extend and the lamella plates are secured on the longitudinal plates between the end plates, wherein the connections between the end plates and longitudinal plates and/or between the longitudinal plates and lamella plates are embodied as detachable plug-in connections.
