Thickener Feed Distributor
A feedwell comprising a plurality of holes disposed in a bottom thereof, at least some of the holes having a tube disposed thereabout which extends downward or otherwise away from an interior of the feedwell. Optionally, a large center hole can be provided and it can have a tube disposed around it. By providing a plurality of holes spread across a large portion of the bottom of the feedwell, lower velocity flow rates from the feedwell to a sedimentation chamber can be provided, thus reducing induced turbulence in the fluid within the sedimentation chamber, while still providing sufficient separation of the feedwell from the sedimentation chamber so that the contents of the feedwell can be properly and adequately mixed.
PRP extraction kit
Provided is A PRP extraction kit comprises: a body that has an upper accommodation space, a lower accommodation space that is located below the upper accommodation space, and a communication passage which communicates the upper accommodation space and the lower accommodation space and of which a fluid passage area becomes narrower as it goes upward or downward, in the interior thereof; a valve unit that is located in the communication passage and allows flow of the communication passage to go only in one direction while being moved by a self-weight based on a change in a vertical position of the body; and a variation means that is coupled to a lower side of the body and vertically moves based on manipulation of a user to vary the volume of the lower accommodation space.
IFS AND GRIT BOX FOR WATER CLARIFICATION SYSTEMS
A grit box to separate particulate matter from an influent stream. The grit box has an upper portion and a lower portion with a deflection plate separating the upper portion from the lower portion. It includes a hopper for accumulation of particulate matter settled from the influent stream. The hopper has a drainage pipe and a valve therebetween to control passage of material from the grit box into the drainage pipe. A mechanism delivers the influent stream at a predetermined and substantially constant flow rate. The influent stream is separated into two or more streams which are recombined under pressure in the grit box in a turbulent mixing zone. The fluid rise rate in the grit box is lower than the settling rate of the particulate matter to be separated from the influent stream.
Microflotation system having an expansion valve assembly and method for operating a microflotation system
A microflotation system comprises a flotation tank with a dispersion water feed line in which an expansion valve arrangement is disposed. An adjusting apparatus is configured to adjust a flow rate of the expansion valve arrangement and an electronic control is connected to the adjusting apparatus. A measuring apparatus is disposed downstream from the expansion valve arrangement for detecting a size distribution of gas bubbles and the electronic control is configured to set the flow rate depending on a size distribution detected with the measuring apparatus.
Waste disposal systems and methods
Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for collecting, storing, separating, and disposing of waste material from an oil and gas well site in order to enhance payload efficiency. An embodiment of a method, for example, may include introducing a waste material into an enhanced-payload mobile vessel positioned at the oil and gas well site, the waste material selected to include one or more of a sludge waste material, a solids-laden wastewater material, and a dry waste material. The method may further include transporting the waste material when positioned in the enhanced-payload mobile vessel along roadways to an off-site waste management facility. Additionally, the method may include dumping the waste material from the enhanced-payload mobile vessel by a site-based lifting mechanism into a receiving vessel at the off-site waste management facility thereby to dispose of the waste material at a reduced transportation cost.
Passive Gravity Filter Cell and Methods of Use Thereof
A passive filter cell having a basin with a floor and two or more vertical or upright sidewalls forming chute or container having first or left sidewall, second or right sidewall, and third or back sidewall, and fourth or front downwardly curved sidewall, an inlet positioned proximate a top of the fourth or front sidewall and an outlet positioned proximate the top of the third or back sidewall, wherein the floor is configured angled from the fourth or front sidewall to the third or back sidewall, discharge pipe positioned proximate junction between the floor and the third or back sidewall, and lip configured to extend from the top of the third or back sidewall into an interior of the basin.

SAND REMOVAL DEVICE FOR COOLING TOWER AND COOLING TOWER STRUCTURE
The present application discloses a sand removal device for a cooling tower and the sand removal device comprises a flushing assembly and a cyclone sand removal assembly. The flushing assembly comprises a first pipeline with a plurality of water outlets, and the first pipeline is used to spray liquid towards the bottom of the cooling tower through the plurality of water outlets. The cyclone sand removal assembly is used to extract the liquid at the bottom of the cooling tower, perform a sand removal treatment on the liquid and then discharge the sand-removed liquid into the bottom of the cooling tower. Through the present application, the sand removal effect on the liquid can be improved.
Thickener Feed Dilution System
Dilution check valves, pumps, systems, and methods of use, useful for dilution of incoming feed into a feedwell or feed system that can be easily installed and removed on solid/liquid separation units. The feed dilution apparatuses or systems can be installed in a single location or in multiple locations around a feedwell, transferring supernatant drawn from single or multiple locations within a solid/liquid separation tank. Optionally, an in-line turbine style pump and/or downward draft configuration can be used to provide efficient pumping and accurate adjustment of volume by increasing or decreasing rotation speed. The feed dilution pumps can optionally be installed using a quick fit system that allows removal and replacement during operation without the need for mobile cranes or heavy lifting equipment.
Dual Chamber Horizontal Vessel
The present disclosure relates to a device for removing particulates, such as sand, from a fluid at an oil and/or gas wellsite. In one aspect, a vessel for separating particulates from a fluid is provided. The vessel includes a body having an inlet and an outlet. The vessel also includes a first chamber and a second chamber disposed in the body. The vessel further includes a screen configured to separate particulates from the fluid. The screen is disposed in the second chamber. Additionally, the vessel includes a vessel door for inserting and removing the screen from the second chamber. In another aspect, a pressure vessel for separating particulates from a fluid is provided. In yet a further aspect, a method of separating particulates from a fluid is provided.
