WASTE WATER SEPARATION VESSEL
A waste water separation vessel is provided having a wedge shaped body with an internal water containing volume. The body is configured to trap FOG and wastes within the body allowing water to pass through the body. At least one top facing access port to allow access to the internal volume of the body is provided and the wedge shaped body tapers outwardly from top to bottom to define a larger bottom area than a top area. The side walls include vertically oriented strengthening ribs which define intervening indentations, and each lower end of the vertically oriented ribs is connected to a generally horizontal beam which defines closed bottom ends on the indentations. When the vessel is buried in the ground the wedge shaped body and the closed bottom indentations interact with the ground to help oppose any buoyancy forces acting on the buried body.
CONCENTRICALLY BAFFLED REACTORS AND SYSTEMS THAT INCORPORATE THEM
In one embodiment, a concentrically baffled reactor includes an outer housing that defines an interior space, an inlet through which material can be delivered into the interior space, an outlet through which material can be removed from the interior space, and multiple concentric baffles within the interior space that define multiple concentric reactor zones through which the material can sequentially flow to the outlet.
Lamella and lamellar module for clarifier
A lamella for a clarifier, including a plate provided with longitudinal straight ribs extending from the top part of the plate to the bottom edge, and longitudinal straight folds provided with wings and which are interposed between each pair of ribs to form projections with V-shaped walls that project in the sagittal direction. A top transverse fold provided in the top part, which defines a flat portion extending backwards towards a top edge. A bottom transverse fold that curves the bottom part backwards.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING WASTEWATER
The method for treating wastewater includes a first flocculation-and-sedimentation process and a second flocculation-and-sedimentation process, wherein the first flocculation-and-sedimentation process include: passing wastewater through a first flocculation reaction tank; passing the first treated water through a third flocculation reaction tank; passing the third treated water through a fourth flocculation reaction tank; and passing the fourth treated water through a first sedimentation tank to generate fifth treated water and sludge, and the second flocculation-and-sedimentation process include: passing the fifth treated water through a fifth flocculation reaction tank to generate sixth treated water; passing the sixth treated water through a sixth flocculation reaction tank to generate sixth treated water; passing the sixth treated water through a seventh flocculation reaction tank to generate eighth treated water; and passing the eighth treated water through a second sedimentation tank to generate ninth treated water and sludge.
Lid and Foreign Body-Trapping Method
Provided are: a lid capable of capturing a foreign substance from a liquid crystal material in advance before the liquid crystal material is used; and a method of capturing a foreign substance.
In a lid (20) including a bottom part (22) closing an opening on one end of a circumferential part (21) having a tubular shape is provided and a circumferential part (21) placed over a tubular part having an opening of a container provided at the container, the bottom part (22) covering the tubular part, the lid further includes a partition board (211) provided at an inner surface of the circumferential part in a slanted direction against the bottom part (22) and dividing the inside of the circumferential part (21) into a first space proximal to the bottom part (22) and a second space apart from the bottom part (22), and a connection part (213) which connects the first space with the second space being provided at a portion of the partition board (211) closest to the bottom part (22).
IMPURITIES OR MATERIALS TRAPPING APPARATUS
The present invention comprises an impurities or materials trapping apparatus for separating or trapping a selected or unwanted materials such as sediment in a pourable material having sediment therein. The apparatus comprises a body having side walls between a first end and second end defining at least a recessed inner space 42, 104, 204, 286 there between for a pourable material. The apparatus includes at least one raised portion 50, 51, 55, 56, 206, 208 having a highest point, angled walls 26 connected to the side walls 7, 40 202, 220, 282 and at least one drainage aperture 16, 110, 210 located within the side walls 7, 40, 202, 220 282 or angled walls 26, 103, 203, 284, The raised portion is located at one end of the inner space and the angled walls 26 are located at a spaced distance from the raised portion. In one orientation of the apparatus, the side walls or angled walls drain at least a portion of the pourable material towards and though the drainage aperture and down to the raised portion and in another orientation of the apparatus, the drainage aperture is blocked thereby retaining any sediment. The apparatus of the present invention can be formed as part of a container or bottle and/or be part of a cap assembly. Methods of operation are also included.
Continuous recirculation for separation of fluids produced during drill out and flow back
One or two continuous recirculation loops are utilized for the well-site equipment that separates produced fluids into sand, liquid, and gas during drill out and flow back that occurs after fracturing a subterranean formation. When one recirculation loop is utilized, the recirculation loop continuously recirculates fluid between the recirculation chamber of the disclosed sand removal apparatus and a shaker device. When two recirculation loops are utilized, the first recirculation loop continuously recirculates fluid between a recirculation chamber of the disclosed sand removal apparatus and a shaker device, and the second recirculation loop continuously recirculates fluid between the recirculation chamber and a gas separator.
Neutralization/water separation tank for esterified product and neutralization/water separation method for esterified product
A neutralization/water separation tank for an esterified product including: a neutralization part in which a crude product mixture containing alcohol and an ester compound, a neutralizing agent, and water are put to produce a neutralized mixture; a water separation part which divides the neutralized mixture into a floating layer and an aqueous layer; a first partition wall which extends upward from a bottom surface to provide an upper passage and by which the neutralization part and the water separation part are partitioned; and a second partition wall which extends downward from a ceiling to provide a lower passage, wherein the water separation part includes: a first water separation part into which the neutralized mixture is introduced from the neutralization part through the upper passage; and a second water separation part into which the neutralized mixture is introduced from the first water separation part through the lower passage, wherein the first water separation part and the second water separation part are partitioned by the second partition wall.
