10287768 · 2019-05-14 · ·

A stormwater vault and a process for servicing the stormwater vault speeds the process of cleaning the stormwater vault. The stormwater vault has a built in liquefaction system for liquefying settled debris in the vault which works together with a sloped or angled floor in the vault and vertical debris cutting spray nozzles. The settled debris is flushed toward the inlet to a vacuum removal line inserted into the vault through an access opening for removing the settled debris from the vault while compacted debris is collapsed by vertically extending water nozzles.

Waste water separation vessel

A waste water separation vessel is provided having a wedge shaped body with an internal water containing volume. The body is configured to trap FOG and wastes within the body allowing water to pass through the body. At least one top facing access port to allow access to the internal volume of the body is provided and the wedge shaped body tapers outwardly from top to bottom to define a larger bottom area than a top area. The side walls include vertically oriented strengthening ribs which define intervening indentations, and each lower end of the vertically oriented ribs is connected to a generally horizontal beam which defines closed bottom ends on the indentations. When the vessel is buried in the ground the wedge shaped body and the closed bottom indentations interact with the ground to help oppose any buoyancy forces acting on the buried body.

A well flow separator vessel having a sediment chamber at the inlet end of the vessel with a knock-down billet, followed by a coalescer and a first horizontal flow path between an upper horizontal divider and a lower horizontal divider extending the cylinder length from the sediment chamber towards the distal end of the vessel. At the far end of the first flow path, gasses are received through a scrubber/demister into a second horizontal flow path between the upper horizontal divider and the top side of the vessel, also extending the cylinder length, except directing flow in the reverse direction back towards the inlet end of the vessel towards a gas outlet. Also at the far end of the first flow path, combined liquids fall into a third horizontal flow path between the lower horizontal divider and the bottom side of the body extending the cylinder length towards the inlet end of the vessel, and having at a first one water separation chamber and one oil collection chamber separated by at least a first Weir plate, wherein the oil collection chamber terminates at the bulkhead. A plurality of outlets is provided for removing sediment, water and oil from the chambers and gas second horizontal flow path.

A method of treating flowback and produced water includes transferring flowback and produced water to a chemical treatment apparatus, mixing treatment chemicals with the flowback and produced water, transferring the mixture of treatment chemicals and flowback and produced water to a weir tank comprising a first end, a second end, an internal chamber, and a plurality of baffles positioned throughout the internal chamber to induce turbulent flow, transferring the mixture of treatment chemicals and flowback and produced water to a first settling tank that provides laminar flow, and transferring the mixture of treatment chemicals and flowback and produced water to a second settling tank that provides laminar flow.

TRANSPORTABLE SEPARATION AND MONITORING APPARATUS WITH AUGER
20190060794 · 2019-02-28 · ·

A transportable separation apparatus for separating spent materials from oil and gas operations into a primarily solid component and a primarily liquid component. The separation apparatus includes a first separation area disposed on the separation apparatus for receiving spent materials and beginning separation of the spent materials. The separation apparatus designed to be connected to a vehicle to be pulled on commercial roadways. The separation apparatus also includes a second separation area in fluid communication with the first separation area for further separation of the spent materials. The separation apparatus can further include an auger in fluid communication with the first separation area to remove the primarily solid component from the separation apparatus. A method of introducing and separating the spent materials via the separation apparatus.

Method and apparatus are provided for treating salt water. In the method, a feed water is run through a skimmer unit to form de-oiled water. The de-oiled water is passed through an electrocoagulation unit to form electrocoagulated water. A precipitating agent is added to the electrocoagulated water and stirred to form a water/floc mixture. A polymeric coagulation enhancing agent is added to the water/floc mixture with mild stirring and coagulants in the mixture are permitted to settle. A partly clarified water from the mixture is drawn out from a level above the settled coagulants. The partly clarified water is run through at least one settler and coagulants are removed from the bottom of the at least one settler. A clarified salt water stream is withdrawn from the final settler. The necessary equipment can be mounted on a trailer. The trailer can be provided with a stairway and catwalk to facilitate safe inspection.
