SYSTEM COMPRISING A PUMP ATTACHED TO A TANK CASING FOR MIXING A FLUID
The disclosure extends to systems, methods, and devices for mixing a fluid. The system comprises a tank conduit suspended in a tank for receiving a mixture comprising a liquid, wherein the tank holds the mixture. The system comprises a rigid casing configured to surround the tank and a pump attached to the rigid casing. The system includes a suction inlet and a discharge outlet attached to the pump, wherein the pump creates a negative pressure that draws the mixture into the pump through the suction inlet and the pump creates a positive pressure that dispels the mixture out of the pump through the discharge outlet.

Apparatus for securing underdrain filter block
An underdrain filter block for use in draining and backwashing a filtering media in a filter bed including a top wall, a pair of side walls extending from the top wall, a bottom wall extending between the pair of side walls, and a transverse wall extending from one of the pair of side walls to the other of the pair of side walls. The top wall, the pair of side walls, and the bottom wall define an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion includes a grout chamber positioned between the bottom wall and the transverse wall and at least one of the bottom wall and said side walls contains an opening.

KINETIC FILTRATION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a mixed-media kinetic filtration device which uses a family of various types of media substances to enable selectable filtration and filtrate process functions. More specifically, the filtration device and related process utilizes gradient-enabled nanomechanisms to separate one or more selectable molecules from a filtrate feed and, in some cases, further process those molecules. The family of media substances may be modified, adapted, or altered through treatment, stimulation, conditioning, or other methods to create desirable characteristics and/or create different filtration or process characteristics.

Underdrain filter block
An underdrain filter block includes a top wall, a pair of side walls extending from the top wall, a bottom wall extending between the pair of side walls, first and second ribs, and a wall segment extending between the first rib and the second rib to define a grout chamber configured to receive grout during installation of the underdrain filter block.
Water catchment and soil treatment system
A water catchment and lawn edging system includes a cap, a channeled drain fixture, and at least one base clip. The base clip, which connects the system to the ground surface, is connected to a bottom end of the channeled drain fixture. Depending upon the length or the profile of the channeled drain fixture, the system can utilize a single base clip or a plurality of base clips to properly support the system. The cap is continuously connected along the channeled drain fixture from a top end of the channeled drain fixture. The cap may include a plurality of drain openings to provide additional drainage for the system. Collectively, the cap, the channeled drain fixture, and the base clip function as a water catchment and lawn edging system so that surface and ground water can be drained and filtered away from a collecting area and discharged into an outfall.

Method of manufacturing filter aid
A method of producing a filter aid includes: (A) obtaining a pretreated biomass by pulverization treatment and/or thermochemical treatment of a cellulose-containing biomass; (B) treating the pretreated biomass obtained in (A) with cellulase to obtain a cellulase-treated product; and (C) obtaining a solid content of the cellulase-treated product of (B).
