METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A PROTEIN AND FIBER FEED PRODUCT FROM A WHOLE STILLAGE BYPRODUCT PRODUCED IN A CORN DRY MILLING PROCESS
A method and system are disclosed for producing a protein and fiber feed product from a whole stillage byproduct produced in a corn dry milling process for making alcohol, such as ethanol, and/or other biofuels/biochemicals. In one embodiment, the method includes separating the whole stillage byproduct into an insoluble solids portion and a centrate (solubles) portion. Thereafter, a fine fiber and protein portion may be separated from the centrate (solubles) portion. The fine fiber and protein portion may be dewatered to provide a protein and fiber feed product. In one example, the protein and fiber feed product can include insoluble solids, such as wet or dry distiller's grains with or without solubles. The resulting protein and fiber feed product may be sold and/or used as rumen feed, swine feed, chicken feed, aqua feed, food uses, or have other uses, including pharmaceutical and/or chemical usage, for example.
METHOD FOR UPGRADING COAL SLIME THROUGH SYNERGISTIC DEHYDRATION
Provided is a method for upgrading a coal slime through synergistic dehydration, including: subjecting coal slime water to be treated to filter pressing dehydration to obtain a filter cake; and crushing the filter cake, sieving and sizing, and subjecting a resulting oversize to steam transient dehydration to obtain a dehydrated coal slime.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH-PURITY RICE PROTEIN POWDER AND RICE SYRUP
A method for producing a high-purity rice protein powder and a rice syrup is provided. The method includes: homogenizing a rice slurry, adding amylase thereto, heating the resulting mixture for a reaction to obtain a rice syrup liquid, and subjecting same to centrifugal separation to separately obtain a liquid-phase rice sugar liquid and a first precipitate; subjecting the liquid-phase rice sugar liquid to decoloration, ion exchange and evaporation to obtain a rice syrup, adding the first precipitate into second wastewater, and subjecting same to washing and centrifugal dewatering to obtain a second precipitate; adding pure water into the second precipitate, stirring same until uniform, heating same to 60 C. or more, maintaining the temperature, and dehydrating same to obtain a filter cake and second wastewater; and crushing and drying the filter cake to obtain a rice protein powder with a high purity and without thermal denaturation.

Assembly comprising a filter plate and an attachment part
An assembly comprising a filter plate for filter press and at least one attachment part, wherein the filter plate has a filter chamber boundary surface, by means of which a filter chamber to be formed in the filter press can be bounded. At least one channel for a fluidic connection to the filter chamber boundary surface is formed in the filter plate, and the attachment part is detachably fastened to the filter plate at the channel by means of at least one detachable ball-type snap-in connection. The ball-type snap-in connection comprises at least one ball pin and at least one coupling. An assembly comprising such a filter plate for a filter press and at least one attachment part, in which the attachment part is detachably fastened to the filter plate by means of at least one ball-type snap-in connection and has an opening which is arranged in the channel.
A FILTER GRID RECEIVABLE WITHIN A FILTRATE VAT OF A FILTER PRESS
A filter grid including a plate-like grid body having a first side and an opposing second side. The grid body further includes a plurality of apertures extending between the first side and the second side, thereby providing fluid communication between the first side and the second side through the grid body. Each of the plurality of apertures define an aperture area and an aperture circumference, such that a ratio of the aperture area in millimetres squared to the aperture circumference in millimetres is above 1.3, and the plurality of apertures occupy at least 35% of a total area of the first side. A filtrate vat assembly, a filter plate assembly and filter press are designed using the filter grid.
