METHOD FOR COLLECTING URANIUM BY TREATMENT PROCESS OF WASHING WASTE LIQUID GENERATED IN URANIUM HEXAFLUORIDE CYLINDER WASHING PROCESS
Disclosed are a method and a device for recovering uranium (U) using a process for chemically treating washing wastewater of a uranium hexafluoride (UF6) cylinder. The method and the device are provided to separate uranium (U) from the wastewater released during a process of washing the uranium hexafluoride (UF6) cylinder and to release a filtrate that satisfies atomic energy licensing standards and environmental regulation standards using evaporation and condensation. Accordingly, an independent technology and process for treating the wastewater released during the process of washing the uranium hexafluoride (UF6) cylinder are ensured, which provides easier maintenance and greatly reduces costs compared to the purchase and operation of apparatuses manufactured by foreign makers.
FILTER ASSEMBLY WITH LATERAL REMOVAL OF TIE RODS, AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A wastewater filter assembly has a base, a filter module or casing, modular filter plates disposed in said filter module or casing atop the base, a header disposed on the filter module, tie rods each coupled at a lower end to the base, and tensioning elements removably connected to upper ends of the tie rods to fix the tie rods to the filter module and press the filter plates into relative rigid relationship. The tie rods are disposed in laterally open elongate channels extending along vertical edges of the filter module. The tie rods, upon a loosening or removal of the respective tensioning elements, can be shifted at least partially in a horizontal direction out of the laterally open elongate channels and laterally away from the filter module.

FILTER PRESS AND FILTER PRESS OF SPIRAL VIBRATION CAKE UNLOADING BY PULLING APART FILTER PLATES TWICE
A filter press includes a frame, a power component and a plurality of filter plates driven by the power component to move to and fro along the frame to be at a pressure filtration position and an unloading position; a vibration cake unloading device includes a driving component and a vibration shaft longitudinally arranged; and protrusions are provided on an outer circumferential wall of the vibration shaft, when the filter plates are located at the unloading position, in the process that the driving component drives the vibration shaft to rotate around its own axis, the protrusions on the vibration shaft collide with the filter plate to assist in unloading. The vibration shaft has a simple structure, which can greatly reduce the cost, and the vibration cake unloading device is flexible in use. A filter press of spiral vibration cake unloading by pulling apart the filter plate twice is further provided.
System and method for servicing filter plates and apparatus thereof
A filter plate (1) comprises an opening (18) configured to receive at least one grid (2) provided within the opening (18). The at least one grid (2) comprises a body (2A) and one or more passages (2B) extending through the body (2A) for filtrate to flow through. The passages (2B) are preferably configured to allow filtrate to pass through the body (2A). The filter plate (1) may further comprise a wear detection device comprising at least one filament wire (2L) surrounding one or more passages (2B).

FILTER PLATE ASSEMBLY FOR FILTER
A filter (20) configured to separate the solid components and the liquid components from a slurry. The filter (20) includes a plurality of filter plate assemblies (46) that cooperate to define a plurality of filter chambers (70), each defining a perimeter (96) having an open section (98) when the filter plates (68) are in a closed position relative to one another. Each filter plate assembly (46) includes a closure (104) configured to close the open section (98). Preferably, the closures (104) are movable to an open position to permit a particulate cake to be removed from the filter chambers (70) without separating the filter plates (68).
