A system for further filtering a liquid extract material after an initial extraction process. The filter cup includes an integrated deformable flange at the top of the filter cup, an integrated top o-ring that is integrated into the top of the integrated deformable flange and an integrated bottom o-ring that is integrated into the bottom of the integrated deformable flange.

The liquid treatment device and the carbon block may be detachably mounted mutually, thereby enabling the liquid treatment device to be replaced independent of the carbon block. Furthermore, the liquid treatment device includes an upper treatment unit and a lower treatment unit, and a liquid inlet is provided in the housing of the liquid treatment device, thereby making distribution of the liquid flow in the carbon block more uniform.

The characteristics of the above components and the methods of integrating these components into a system can better support activities in the fields of dental care, health care, and food processing, agriculture, and industry, aerospace, submarine. In addition, the present invention refers to the method for liquid reflux suction-filter-pump in treating the types of waste liquid into potable water by using this apparatus.
