EXTERNAL WATER-PURIFYING FILTER CASE, INSTALLATION STRUCTURE THEREOF AND STERILIZING METHOD USING THE SAME
An installation structure of an external filter case for a refrigerator is provided. The filter case may include a main body that provides an inner space in which an internal line may be installed and water filters may be installed, and a cover that covers the inner space of the main body and is detachably coupled with the main body. The main body may have an open front side and may include bosses that protrude from its bottom face. The cover may include insertion holes into which the bosses may be inserted. A lower portion of the main body may be coupled with a lower portion of the cover. Magnets may be installed in upper portions of the main body and the cover, respectively, such that the main body and the cover may be coupled with each other by a magnetic force.
Filter System and Vehicle State Monitoring Method
The present disclosure relates to a filter system and a method for monitoring a vehicle condition using the same. The filter system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a sensing apparatus installed at an exterior surface of a housing of a filter having a bypass valve, and configured to sense the condition of the filter, wherein the sensing apparatus is configured to include a hole sensor for sensing magnetic force caused by a location of a bypass valve lid, and a communication unit for transmitting measurement data of the hole sensor to outside.
FUEL FILTER WITH COALESCER
A filter element, for use filtering liquids such as fuel, includes a first section of filter media, an optional layer of coalescer media, and a section of barrier media. The first section and optional coalescer filter media are held between opposite first and second end caps. The second end cap is integrated with the barrier filter media. The barrier media extends at least part way into an interior of the first section and can be conical in shape.

QUICK OIL CHANGE FILTER AND ASSEMBLY
A filtration system includes a filter housing having a cavity and a base, a drain defined in the base, a channel defined in the base and in fluid communication with the drain, and a filter cartridge having a longitudinal axis and being movable between an installed position within the cavity of the filter housing and an uninstalled position outside the cavity of the filter housing. The channel defines an outer diameter. The filter cartridge includes a bottom endplate defining an outer diameter that is greater than the outer diameter of the channel so that, in the installed position, the bottom endplate covers the channel and prevents fluid flow from the cavity to the drain, and a filter media extending axially outwardly from the bottom endplate.

SYSTEM COMPRISING A CONNECTOR FOR COUPLING TO A FLUID FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID FILTER ELEMENT, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present disclosure is directed to a new quick-connect, bayonet-type coupling arrangement for use with connecting a filter cartridge or element to a fluid-consuming machine. Advantageously, the features of the coupling arrangement can be provided while simultaneously maintaining backward compatibility with screw-thread based systems by modifying the screw thread on the end cap so as to include judicially arranged non-interfering segments. Accordingly, the disclosed fluid filter elements can not only be installed on systems according to the present disclosure but also on prior-art systems presenting a thread-based connector.
FILTER ASSEMBLY
A filter assembly for fluidic connection at a function port includes a connection base having a base inlet and a base outlet, the base inlet being fluidly connected to supply channels for supplying a fluid to cartridge inlets of at least two filter cartridges, and the base outlet being fluidly connected to discharge channels to discharge the fluid from cartridge outlets of the filter cartridges. The connection base with the base inlet and the base outlet has a fluidic connection structure corresponding to the filter cartridge with the cartridge inlet and the cartridge outlet such that the connection base or a filter cartridge is fluidly connected at the function port.
