Stackable cell strainer
A cell strainer for separating particles from a cell suspension, having an upper portion with at least one filter area lying essentially perpendicular to the direction of flow of the suspension and a lower portion adapted to fit into the openings of at least two sample tubes with different sized openings. The lower portion has a first section with shoulders or flanges having the diameter of the opening of a first tube and a second section having an inner and outer wall serving as a receptacle for the neck of a second tube, where the diameter of the first section is larger than the diameter of the second section.
Liquid Filter Insert and Liquid Filter with Corrosion Protection for External Pumps
A liquid filter insert for a liquid filter has a prefilter element and a main filter element connected to the prefilter element. Prefilter element and main filter element are arranged on top of each other in an axial direction relative to a longitudinal axis of the liquid filter insert. A connection provides a flow path for liquid to flow from the prefilter element to the main filter element. The prefilter element is provided with a water separation unit and is further provided with a filter medium. The water separation unit is arranged between the filter medium of the prefilter element and the connection such that the liquid, after passing through the filter medium, flows through the water separation unit into the connection. The water separation unit has a water discharge channel for water separated from the liquid that extends axially at least partially through the main filter element.

Apparatus for filtering and/or conditioning and/or purifying a fluid such as water, and interface thereof for providing water boiler expansion pressure relief
An apparatus for filtering water has an interface and a filtration/purification canister removably mountable onto the interface. Connecting the canister to the interface automatically opens a check valve in the interface to permit water to flow from the interface into and through the canister, and then back to and through the interface to an outlet port. Disconnecting the canister from the interface automatically closes the check valve, stopping the flow of water. The interface provides for water boiler expansion pressure relief, which guarding against any water contaminated downstream of the apparatus from backflowing into the filtration/purification canister and contaminating the portion of the filtration/purification canister downstream of the filter/conditioning/purifying medium held within the filtration/purification canister and thereby causing water exiting the outlet port of the filtration/purification canister to be contaminated.

Apparatus for mounting on a rotatable portion of a diesel filter
The present application relates to apparatus for mounting on a rotatable portion of a diesel filter for controlling a drainage valve. The apparatus comprises an outlet for draining liquid from the diesel filter, mounting apparatus for fixedly mounting the apparatus on the rotatable portion, and a manipulation portion for manipulation by a user's hand which projects, at least in part, radially outward from said rotatable portion, in use. The application also relates to a finger grip wheel for a diesel filter. The finger grip wheel has a drainage outlet and at least one finger detent for accommodating a tip of a user's finger to facilitate rotation of the finger grip wheel.

Suction filter and fuel supplying device
The present disclosure provides a suction filter that filters a fuel inside a fuel tank of a vehicle. The suction filter includes a filter element, a partitioning wall element, a passage element, and an open/close valve. The filter element is disposed in and exposed inside of the fuel tank. The filter element filters a stored fuel stored in the fuel tank. The partitioning wall element is arranged in the inside space to divide the inside space into a first space and a second space that is lower than the first space. The inlet to take in the filtered fuel is open in the second space. The passage element defines an inflow opening open in the first space, an outflow opening to which a negative suction pressure is applied through the inlet, and a flow passage through which the filtered fuel flows. The open/close valve closes the inflow opening when a liquid level of the filtered fuel is above the partitioning wall element and that closes the inflow opening when the liquid level is below the partitioning wall element.
Apparatus and process for the separation of a particulate matter from a fluid
The invention relates to an apparatus and a process for the treatment of an incoming fluid, comprising: a bottom part connecting a common feed stream to individual membrane filter modules through a tailor made connecting piece; a top part connecting individual membrane filter modules to a common retentate stream through a tailor made connecting piece. According to the invention the apparatus is assembled out of tailor-made parts with the object to reduce material costs and labor costs, and the part are made such that footprint of the contraption is minimized. Furthermore, the individual parts form a sub-unit with such dimensions that multiple sub-units can be combined into one main unit, without the need to execute any alterations to the sub-units in terms of sizing, by which means modularity and scalability is introduced into the main units.
Filtration system
The present invention presents a filtration system with an integrated manifold valve. The filtration system employs only one pivotal componentthe pivoting of the manifold. The manifold valve includes a dual aperture design for a two-fold alignment scheme with the ingress and egress lines of the fluid source. The invention is free of multi-component rotary valve with internal, rotatable parts, or an activation component, such as a handle, for initiating the rotary valve, allowing the user to rotate the rotational components thereof. The reduction in moveable components in this design reduces the likelihood of failure and increases the reliability of the filtration system.
