Shaker imaging and analysis
This disclosure is generally drawn to systems, devices, apparatuses, and/or methods, related to monitoring a shaker used for separating solids from fluid. Specifically, the disclosed systems, devices, apparatuses, and/or methods relate to capturing infrared images of a shaker or components thereof (e.g., shaker baskets, decks, screens) and performing actions on the shaker, its components, and/or the its operation based at least in part on the captured infrared images.
Filtration device
A device for separating particulate matter (e.g., cells) from a liquid including a housing defining an elongate chamber disposed between a receiving end and a dispenser end, a plunger slidably inserted within the chamber from the receiving end, an upper disc and a lower disc each independently slidably affixed to the plunger, the lower disc facing the dispenser end and including at least one filter arrangement, and a liquid including particulate matter disposed within the chamber when the upper disc and lower disc are in an aspiration mode. The upper disc is independently slidable with respect to the lower disc to achieve a filtration mode.
DEVICE FOR FILTERING
A device and method for filtering a liquid, wherein the device (100) comprises a container (110), a filter unit (120) and a filtering medium (130). The container (110) holds the liquid (10) containing a solid substance (10a), and the filter unit (120) is slidable in the container (110). The filtering medium (130) is non-permeable to the solid substance (10a) in the liquid (10).
Multifunctional Vessels For Extraction And Fractionation Of Extracts From Biomass
Generally, an extraction system useful in separating an extract from a matrix using one or more extractants. Specifically, an extractor including one or more of: an extraction vessel having an extractor vessel internal surface which defines an extraction chamber which communicates between open extraction vessel first and second ends, a first piston configured to sealably engage the extractor vessel internal surface of the extraction vessel first end or a second piston adapted to sealably engage the extractor vessel internal surface of the extraction vessel second end.
Filtering device
A filtering device, a system including the filtering device, and methods of using the filtering device. The filtering device is configured to be arranged inside a fluid to be filtered and comprising at least one main filter and a filter holder supporting the main filter. The filtering device is configured to be moved inside the fluid, in such a way that when the filtering device is moved in a first movement direction, at least one part of the fluid passes through the main filter in a first filtering direction. The filtering device is configured in such a way as to prevent the fluid from passing through the main filter in a second filtering direction opposite to the first filtering direction when the filtering device is moved in a second movement direction opposite to the first movement direction.
FILTRATION CONTAINER ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS
A movable seal for interfacing between a first surface and a second surface includes a floating portion attached to a non-floating portion by a flexible coupling portion, wherein the non-floating portion is coupled to the first surface by nesting in a groove on the first surface, and wherein the non-floating portion forms a seal between the first and second surfaces when the first surface moves relative to the second surface in a first direction, and wherein the non-floating portion does not form a seal between the first and second surfaces when the first surface moves relative to the second surface in a second opposite direction.
DISASSEMBLING AND DISCHARGING DEVICE FOR BATTERY RECYCLING
A disassembling and discharging device for battery recycling includes a crushing assembly, a high pressure tank, at least one pressure relief tank, and a filtering tank. The crushing assembly is provided with a first feed port and a first discharge port communicated with the first feed port; the high pressure tank is provided with a first inner cavity for containing discharging liquid, and the first inner cavity is communicated with the first discharge port; the pressure relief tank is provided with a second inner cavity, and the second inner cavity is communicated with the first inner cavity; and the filtering tank is provided with a third inner cavity, and the third inner cavity is communicated with the second inner cavity.
