The present invention provides a fine particle separating apparatus comprising: a first filter part having a first mesh part, mounted therein, for separating fine particles included in sludge according to size, and having a first section and a second section with the first mesh part therebetween; a first flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the sludge to flow into the first filter part; a second flow path mounted in the second section so as to allow an effluent, having passed through the first filter part, to flow therein; a third flow path connected from the second flow path so as to discharge the effluent to the outside; a fourth flow path connected from one side of the second flow path, and mounted in the second section so as to allow at least a portion of the effluent flowing into the second flow path to flow to the first filter part; a fifth flow path mounted in the first section so as to allow the effluent, discharged by means of the fourth flow path, to pass through the first filter part and then flow therein; a storage tank through which the effluent flowing into the fifth flow path is discharged; and a first pump for generating a flow of the effluent, wherein the first mesh part is rotatably mounted in the first filter part.

Rotary disc filter

A disc filter includes a filtrate holding tank disposed below a series of disc-shaped filter members supported on a drum. Filtrate from the holding tank is used to backwash filter media on the disc-shaped filter members. Filtrate is discharged from the holding tank via a filtrate conduit. Bypass water is directed through a bypass conduit in the disc filter and mixed with the filtrate downstream of the filtrate holding tank. This assures that the filtrate used to backwash the filter media does not include bypass water.

Filtration filter

A filtration filter comprises a porous film including a central film portion having a plurality of through holes and an outer edge portion adjacent to the central film portion. The porous film portion lies in a flat plane in the absence of a force being applied to the central portion of the central film portion. A frame holds the outer edge portion of the porous film in such a manner that when a force is applied to the central film portion in a first direction, the central film portion moves in the first direction relative to the flat plane and the outer edge portion moves in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, relative to the flat plane. In this way stresses applied to the porous film during a filtering operation are reduced.

SEPARATION APPARATUS

The present invention is to provide a separation apparatus for separating a liquid from a treated object containing the liquid in the course of a process of sending the treated object with each rotating plate being rotated, wherein efficient separation of the liquid from the treated object can be performed, while the rotating plates are efficiently prevented from getting damaged.

The separation apparatus comprises a plurality of rotating shafts 9 formed in a lateral direction while being arranged in parallel in a longitudinal direction, a driving device 7 for rotationally driving each rotating shaft 9, and a plurality of rotating plates 12 mounted on each rotating shaft 9 in parallel in a lateral direction while being in such an attitude that their plate thickness direction is oriented in a direction along the lateral direction, wherein spaces S1, S2 through which the liquid contained in the treated object is allowed to drop are formed between the mutually adjacent rotating plates 12 in the lateral direction or those in the longitudinal direction, the rotating plates 12 are configured so as to periodically repeat a state of being projected upward and a state of being not projected upward, while being elastically deformable in a direction along said each rotating shaft 9.
