A first centrifugal pump is coupled to the first suspended solids settling tank. The first centrifugal pump having corrosion resistant wetted parts and variable speed drives to transfer or pressurize process flow streams. A first level transmitter coupled to the first centrifugal pump that provides output signals in response to a level of a process material within the first suspended solids settling tank. The first level transmitter is mounted in the first suspended solids settling tank. A first flow transmitter coupled to the first level transmitter is configured to measure a specific volume of material transferred out of the first suspended solids settling tank. A first pump is coupled to the first flow meter and configured to transfer a flush water that includes suspended solids and inorganics. A vibrating screen is coupled to the first pump. A process tank is coupled to the submersible pump. A sedimentation removal system and a removal device coupled to the sedimentation removal system are provided and configured to remove inorganizes out of a suspension.

Sludge concentrator assembly with varying first stage separator, combined with a second stage, clean flow outlet incorporating fixed and variable flow restrictor orifices
A dual stage filter assembly for use in a fluid cleaning and sludge removal operation, including a first stage separator incorporated into a first vessel and receiving a dirty fluid flow, a first stage clean fluid outlet extending from the first stage separator. A second stage filter is incorporated into a second vessel in fluidic communication with a dirty fluid outlet of the first stage separator for subsequent filtering and outflow through a second stage clean outlet. A flow restrictor is incorporated into said second stage clean outlet for controlling a flow rate through said filter in order to prevent clogging of the same by aggregating debris.
SEPARATION APPARATUS
A separation apparatus includes: a partitioning member inside a separation tank, includes erect and transverse portions, and partitions the tank into inflow and outflow regions of a liquid; an inlet of which a lower level is set to be lower than an upper end of the erect portion and an upper level is set to be higher; a screen in the erect portion along a flow direction of the liquid; a swirling inducing member in the erect portion intersecting with the flow direction of the liquid; a screen in the transverse portion; a dividing member dividing the liquid flowing in from the inlet into flows along side walls of the separation tank; a retaining member at a downstream side in the flow direction and retains the substance having the specific gravity less than that of the liquid; and an outlet through which the liquid flows out from the outflow region.

Wastewater filtration system
A flocculation system is provided including a vessel having an open top. The flocculation system also includes a sidewall comprised of a water-impermeable material. The flocculation system further includes a first bottom comprising the water-impermeable material. The flocculation system further includes a second bottom having a floc filter that passes flocs and prevents the passage of a cleaning tool. The flocculation system further includes a floc trap below the second bottom. The floc trap includes a space defined by the sidewall, the first bottom, and the floc filter. In some implementations, the flocculation system includes a flocculant disposed on the sidewall, the floc filter, or the first bottom.
