PRE-FILTER SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE

A pre-filter assembly for a vehicle arranged with an aspiration duct extending between the pre-filter and a fan of the vehicle. A variable valve element is provided as part of the aspiration duct adjacent the fan, such that the aspiration rate through the duct can be controlled by appropriate variation of the valve element, to control the rate of airflow drawn through the aspiration duct by the fan. This allows for the aspiration rate of the pre-filter to be at least partly independent of the flow rate of the fan, without the need for an additional motor-driven blower unit.

Explosion Isolation Device and Method for Disposing Dust
20170189841 · 2017-07-06 ·

An explosion isolation device for collecting dust discharged from a hopper into a dust collection drum that eliminates an airlock requirement to isolate the negative pressured dust collector from receiving air via a bottom aperture in the lower portion of the hopper, thereby preventing an explosion in the dust collector that exceeds the pressure rating of the device and dust collection drum. The explosion isolation device includes a spool member detachably secured to a drum cover having an aperture configured and dimensioned substantially similar to an aperture through the spool member. The drum cover is detachably secured to the dust collection drum via a drum cover clamp, which is secured to the spool member or alternatively to the drum cover such that the clamp is suspended beneath the drum cover when the dust collection drum is full and replaced by an empty drum.

STATIC STEAM LINE DRIER (SSLD) DEVICE

A static steam line drier (SSLD) has a body, including a main flow path, a trap section proximate an upstream end of the SSLD body, and a constriction section proximate a downstream end of the SSLD body. The constriction section includes a seat around a constriction bore opening. A flow plug controller movably extends through a wall of the SSLD body, where the flow plug controller includes an external end located external to an outer surface of the SSLD body and a plug on an internal end located within the main flow path. The flow plug controller is oriented to allow the plug to be seated on the seat in the constriction section. The SSLD body also has a debris collector member extending from the trap section of the SSLD which includes a filter chamber and a blowdown valve provided at the collector member outlet.

Dust collector able to prop open a fallen dust bag
09566592 · 2017-02-14 · ·

A dust collector able to prop open a fallen dust bag is to have a cover plate of a dust bucket bored with an insert hole fixed therein with a hose, which is connected to an air hood. The dust bucket has a circumferential wall inserted with a conduit extending to the cover plate and bored with an opening whose circumferential edge can be pressed by the cover plate to form an air tight state. The hose and the conduit can be combined to form a piping passage for suction to pass therethrough to have the fallen dust bag propped open and stuck to the inner wall of the dust bucket. To clean and replace the fallen dust bag, only remove the dust bucket to let the conduit disengaged from the cover plate and separated from the hose, able to quickly detach the dust bucket from the dust collector.

METHOD FOR REMOVING ENTRAINED LIQUID DROPLETS FROM A CRYOGENIC GAS
20250186916 · 2025-06-12 ·

A method for removing entrained liquid droplets from a gas is provided. The method includes introducing a gas with entrained liquid droplets into a cyclone separator, thereby producing a gaseous portion and a liquid portion. Wherein the gaseous portion exits the cyclone separator, and wherein the liquid portion is restricted by a liquid control valve and collected in a reservoir volume in the cyclone separator. The method also includes opening the liquid control valve upon receiving a signal from a liquid level sensor located in the reservoir volume, the liquid portion thereby exiting the cyclone separator.
