The filter element comprises a primary coalescence medium which is provided for coalescing of the at least one contaminant in the primary coalescence medium. The coalescence filter further comprises an outlet for discharging the coalesced contaminant from the filter element. The primary coalescence medium comprises at least one layer of a porous material, and has a total thickness of at least 3.5 mm, preferably at least 4 mm, preferably at least 5 mm, more preferably at least 6 mm, most preferably at least 7 mm, in particular at least 7.5 mm, measured at a pressure of 2N/cm.sup.2.

High bulk coalescing filter media and use thereof

The present invention relates to a coalescence filter for purifying a fluid which contains a carrier and at least one liquid contaminant by coalescing of the at least one contaminant, wherein the coalescence filter includes an inlet for supplying the fluid to a filter element present in the coalescence filter, wherein the filter element includes a primary coalescence medium which is provided for coalescing of the at least one contaminant in the primary coalescence medium during the displacement of the fluid through the primary coalescence medium, wherein the coalescence filter further includes an outlet for discharging the coalesced contaminant from the filter element, wherein the primary coalescence medium comprises at least one layer of a porous material, wherein the primary coalescence medium has a total thickness of at least 3.5 mm.

Automatic air filter with enhanced air flow filtering area

An air filter system in accordance with the present invention includes a filter housing that defines an airflow channel. A supply roll of a filter medium, and a take-up roll for receiving the filter medium from the supply roll are positioned parallel to each other in the airflow channel. A plurality of wire mesh diverter-screens are positioned between the supply roll and the take-up roll to establish a tortuous path for statically positioning the filter medium across the airflow channel. Periodically, the take-up roll can be rotated to draw replacement filter medium into position on the tortuous path.

A filter element and a filter body thereof are disclosed. The filter element includes a support body and a filter body. The filter body includes a laminated elastic filter fabric composed of plural layers. Two sides of the elastic filter fabric are bonded together so that the elastic filter fabric is coiled to form a central hole therein. The filter body is elastically fitted on the support body via the central hole. The filter body covers the vents.

Axial flow centrifugal separator

Rotating coalescer elements that maximize the radial-projected separation surface area in a given (rotating) cylindrical volume, where flow to be cleaned is passing axially upward or downward through a separating media of the rotating coalescer element. Various example package assemblies are provided with various types of rotating configurations including cylindrical coiled media packs, frustum coiled media packs, concentric cylinders, coiled metal or polymer films with and without perforations, and/or alternating layers of different materials. The described rotating coalescers may be driven by hydraulic turbine, electric motor, belt, gear or by mounting on rotating machine components, such as rotating engine shafts or connected components.

TRANSVERSE SECONDARY DUST COLLECTOR
20190299141 · 2019-10-03 ·

A transverse secondary dust collector is to have a sealable housing transversely provided therein with a blower set, an air intake barrel and an air guide barrel. Thus, after outside dust is sucked into the air intake barrel, the dust will produce helical airflow at the inner wall of the air guide barrel. In the process of sucking in dust, heavy dust will reduce kinetic energy and naturally fall into the dust collecting barrel, while light dust will be attracted by the blower set and guided to get into the filter barrel, and after filtration, clean air will be exhausted to the outside. The blower set, the air intake barrel, the air guide barrel and the dust collecting barrel of the transverse secondary dust collector can be collectively installed in the housing, able to diminish the volume of the dust collector and lower noise.
