A display support system is provide and includes a node connector and a support connector secured to the node connector. The node connector includes a plurality of intersecting planar surfaces that form the outer surface thereof. The support connector is releasably securable to the node connector along one of the plurality of intersecting planar surfaces.
Display Support System
A support connector is provided and includes a support body and a latch. The support body includes a latch receiving passageway extending from a first end thereof and into interior of the support body. The latch extends into the latch receiving passageway and is secured to the support body. The latch includes a latch body, a lever, a latch pin and an expanding element. The latch body includes a body base and a lever receiving space extending through a center thereof. The lever is secured in the lever receiving space and is rotatably connected to the latch body. The latch pin extends through the body base and is connected to the lever, while the expanding element is positioned between an end of the latch pin and the body base. The expanding element receives the latch pin.
Modular and expandable storage rack for quick assembly and disassembly
A modular and expandable storage rack for quick assembly and disassembly includes a plurality of first connecting pieces, a plurality of second connecting pieces, a plurality of third connecting pieces, a plurality of fourth connecting pieces, a plurality of support rods, and a plurality of storage partitions, which are distributed in a rectangular array respectively. Each storage partition includes four connecting rods. Each first connecting piece, each second connecting piece, each third connecting piece, and each fourth connecting piece include a longitudinally-extending hollow tube and different quantity of side hollow tubes respectively to receive at least one corresponding support rod and at least one corresponding connecting rod. One opposing end of the first longitudinally-extending hollow tube is fixedly provided with a first bump for attaching to an outer side of one corresponding support rod.
MODULAR STRUCTURE WITH SNAP-IN ASSEMBLY
A modular structure with snap-in assembly includes: one or more modular parts (2) to be joined, that possess, at least, one perforation (20) or one protrusion (13) located close to one of its edges (21); and one or more assembling elements (1) provided with, at least, one recess (10) with, at least, one protrusion (13) or an internal perforation (20) in which the perforation (20) or the protrusion (13) of the modular part or parts (2) complementarily fit when inserting it by the edge (21) in the said recess (10), so that the complementary fitting of the protrusion (13) in the perforation (20) allows to join the part or parts (2) by snap-in to the assembling element or elements (1) without using tools.
Profile System for Intersecting Joints
A profile system includes a series of elongate profiles, the elongate profiles each having: a contact section (4) extending along the length of the profile, the contact section having a lateral edge against which end faces of tiles can rest. The contact section has a face side with receiving openings (5) receiving a first end portion (15) of a connecting pin (14), the receiving openings extending into the contact section parallel to the length of the profiles. A fastening section (3) extends at a 90-degree angle away from the contact section, the fastening section provided with punched holes (2), the punched holes enabling fixing of the profile to a substrate, the fastening section providing a shelf upon which a tile can be installed aside the contact section while the end faces of the tile rest against the lateral edge of the contact section.
Connector for use in display frames
The connector is intended for use in displays of the kind which include a display frame formed of a plurality of beams) which are joined together by multi-way node fittings to form a three-dimensional shape, and display panels are releasably secured to the beams. The connector includes a male fitting which has a stem projecting from a plate, and a head comprising four noses which project laterally from the stem. The head is inserted in a correspondingly-shaped aperture of a female node fitting and rotated into positive engagement with the inner face of the node fitting. The trailing faces of the four noses have oppositely-inclined ramps which act to provide progressive tightening and alignment of the connector as the male part is rotated within aperture.
Modular ease-of-use shelving system
A bracket is for use in a modular construction system, wherein plates are mechanically connected in a releasable manner to form a structure. The plates comprise at least one hole in a part thereof, wherein the hole is configured for being coupled to the bracket. The bracket comprises at least two foot portions for being coupled to respective plates. Each foot portion comprises a gripper element for being inserted into the hole of the plate and a linking member connecting the at least two foot portions and establishing a predefined fixed distance and a predefined fixed relative orientation between said foot portions. The gripper element is configured for enlarging a diameter in at least one direction in a plane parallel to the plate to obtain a friction coupling between the bracket and the plate or between the bracket and a further bracket provided from another side of the respective plate, when activated in operational use, and for reducing the diameter of the gripper element in a first direction of the plane parallel to the plate to release the bracket from the plate, when deactivated in operational use.
DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR JOINING OBJECTS
A joint assembly comprising; an engagement block having a plurality of insert receiving faces; each insert receiving face having a slot, and an aperture at a mid-point of said slot; a plurality of inserts each having a core, at least a pair of ribs projecting from said core, a coupling at an insertion end of the core and a mount at a mounting end of the core, and; a coupling pin; wherein said engagement block is arranged to receive the inserts, with said ribs received into the slots and said core received into said aperture, said coupling pin arranged to be inserted into said engagement block and couple with the couplings of said inserts so as to releasably fix the inserts to the engagement block.
Connector for use in display systems
A connector, for display systems having a display frame formed of a plurality of beams (1), has a male fitting (3) which has a stem (8) projecting from a plate (4), and a head (9) formed of four noses which project laterally from the stem. The head (9) is inserted in a correspondingly-shaped aperture of a female node fitting and rotated into positive engagement with the inner face of the node fitting. The trailing faces of the four noses have oppositely-inclined ramps which act to provide progressive tightening and alignment of the connector as the male part is rotated within the aperture. The connector provides a stable joint and enables a firm connection to be obtained with a smaller angle of rotation and reduced engagement force.
