Modular Rack Assembly
A frame structure for a cabinet enclosure has a front frame assembly having first and second front pillars, a rear frame assembly having first and second rear pillars, a first side brace member, and a second side brace member, each having a beam that has opposite ends, with the opposite ends of each side brace member connected to one of the front pillars and one of the rear pillars. The frame structure also includes cable management and air flow management features and functions.
Shelving system
A modular shelving unit includes a base plate that is planar in an expanded configuration. A first foldable wall is connected to a first side of the base plate. A second foldable wall is connected to a second side of the base plate. The first foldable wall has a first segment and a second segment, and the second foldable wall has a third segment and a fourth segment. The second and fourth segments are rotatable about a respective hinge to define an interior surface with its respective first or third segment when in the expanded configuration. Shelves extend from the interior surfaces in the expanded configuration. In the collapsed configuration, the second and fourth segments are rotated about their respective hinges out of planar with their respective first and third segments. Other embodiments of modular shelving units are described herein.
Interlocking construction system for modular cabinets
A system for assembling a cabinet which includes a first base member having a first length and a base member channel extending the first length of the base member. The system includes a second base member having a second length, a second base member channel extending the second length of the second base member, a pair of opposing secondary members each having a third length and a secondary member channel extending the third length of the secondary members and a first cap member disposable in the base member channel. The system includes a first and second locking member disposable in each of the secondary member channels, the locking member extending from the first base member to the second base member when the cabinet is fully assembled. The locking members are engagable with the first and second base member channel for securing the secondary members to first and second base members.
Storage rack
A hexagon storage rack includes a top wall, a bottom wall, two upper side walls, and two lower side walls. Each upper side wall is inclined and has a main wall portion and at least one protruding portion. Each lower side wall is inclined and has a main wall section and at least one engaging hole formed in the main wall section. The protruding portion has a head segment and a connecting segment having a cross-section which is smaller than that of the head segment. The engaging hole has an extension hole section having a minimum width which is larger than a maximum width of the cross-section of the head segment, and a positioning hole section having a minimum width which is smaller than the maximum width of the cross-section of the head segment.
KIT FOR ASSEMBLING FURNITURE
A kit for assembling furniture, which comprises at least one panel, which defines externally two mutually opposite greater faces which are mutually joined by four side faces, at least one joining batten, and means of coupling between the panel and the batten; the coupling means comprise: a collar, which can be inserted into at least one first seat provided at one of the greater faces, and at least one pin, which can be partially inserted into at least one second seat provided at one of the side faces. The second seat leads to the first seat, in order to allow the introduction of a first end portion of the pin into a transverse hole of the collar, which is previously inserted into the first seat, with consequent definition of at least one intermediate configuration of assembly.
BENT CORNER FURNITURE CONNECTING PIECE AND A METHOD OF MAKING SUCH PIECE
