Construction kit and installation assembly and method for the production thereof
The present invention relates to a construction kit for a collapsible frame structure (1), wherein the construction kit is characterized in that the construction kit comprises flat components of type A (15, 25, 35) and components of at least one type B (20, 30, 40, 45), which are each formed in the shape of rectangles, which each have two long sides and two edge sides, wherein the components of type A (15, 25, 35) and of type B (20, 30, 40, 45) each have a thickness D and each have an identical length L and an identical width W, the components of type A (15, 25, 35) and of type B (20, 30, 40, 45) are each subdivided into n equally large sections of length L/n, which are bounded by n+1 sectional boundaries, wherein the edge sides of the components of types A and B (20, 30, 40, 45) form the respective outer sectional boundaries and the central vertical line between the long sides of the respective components forms the central sectional boundary, wherein the central vertical line is an axis of symmetry S, and wherein, in the components of type A, on a long side of the respective component, n2 slots are arranged along a partial length of the respective sectional boundaries and are located between the edge sides and the axis of symmetry S, and wherein, in the components of type B (20, 30, 40, 45), n4 slots are arranged along selected sectional boundaries and are located between the edge sides and the axis of symmetry S, wherein, starting from a long side, some of the n4 slots are arranged along a partial length of the respective sectional boundaries, and, starting from the other long side, the other n4 slots are arranged on the respective other sectional boundaries, and wherein, starting from a long side, at least 2 of the n4 slots of the components of type B (20, 30, 40, 45) are each arranged along the sectional boundaries and are directly adjacent to the axis of symmetry and, furthermore, starting from the other long side of the component, at least 2 of the n4 slots of the component of type B (20, 30, 40, 45) are arranged along the sectional boundaries and are adjacent to the respective edge sides, and n is 8, 10, or 12. The invention further relates to a method for producing an installation assembly (2) of the construction kit according to the invention and a method for the production thereof.
Modular cabinet assembly
A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.

A storage furniture assembly comprises a first furniture frame panel (10a) extending in a first frame panel plane (P1), a second furniture frame panel (10b) configured to be connected in a fixed relationship to the first furniture frame panel (10a) to extend in a second frame panel plane (P2) at an angle to the first frame panel plane (P1), and a furniture foot assembly comprising a set of furniture feet (26), wherein said first furniture frame panel (10a) is provided With a first set of furniture foot attachment interfaces for attaching said set of furniture feet, and said second furniture frame panel (10b) is provided With a second set of furniture foot attachment interfaces for attaching said set of furniture feet (26), thereby enabling the furniture feet (26) to be attached to either of the first furniture frame panel (10a) and the second furniture frame panel (10b).

The pistol rack includes a stand, limiting contour of which is made by a multistep polygonal path with well-defined notches and bevels, configured with a through groove and a guide groove passing through a front side of the stand; a holding bracket configured with a blind hole in an end side of the holding bracket, a through hole in a front side of the holding bracket, a first side edge, and a second side edge; a cylindrical sleeve configured with a threaded through hole radially located in its central part, fixed in the through hole of the front side of the holding bracket; a clamping screw, comprising a screw rod and a handle with ergonomic elements for a better fit to the hand when rotating the clamping screw manually.

A set including a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel, the mechanical locking device includes an insertion groove at the second edge surface, a flexible tongue positioned in the insertion groove and an edge tongue including a tongue groove, the flexible tongue includes a first locking surface and a second locking surface, the first locking surface is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove for locking of the first panel to the second panel in a first direction when the flexible tongue is positioned in the insertion groove in a first orientation, the second locking surface of the flexible tongue is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove for a locking of the first panel to the second panel in a first direction when the flexible tongue is positioned in the insertion groove in a second orientation.
PANELS FOR AN ASSEMBLED PRODUCT
A set of panels for an assembled product is disclosed. A first panel and a second panel may be assembled with a third panel. An end surface of the third panel includes a first tongue and a second tongue. The first panel and the second panel are configured to be arranged with their respective end surfaces facing each other. A first tongue of the third panel is configured to be arranged in an edge groove of the first panel and a second tongue of the third panel is configured to be received in an edge groove of the second panel to join the panels at least in a first direction. The first panel and the second panel may be of a first panel type, and the third panel may be of a second panel type. A corner element may be connected to a side panel of an assembled product.

Furniture kits and methods of making the same
Example furniture kits and methods of making the same are described. An example method includes coupling a first block of a connector to a rear wall of a disassembled piece of furniture, the first block having a first groove, and coupling a second block of the connector to a side wall of the piece of the furniture, the second block having a second groove. One of the first block or the second block includes an extension and the other of the first block or the second block includes an opening to receive the extension when the first and second blocks are coupled. The example method also includes packaging the rear wall, the side wall and a locking cover into a furniture kit to be used to assemble the piece of furniture. The locking cover is to couple the first and second blocks.
PANELS COMPRISING A MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE AND AN ASSEMBLED PRODUCT COMPRISING THE PANELS
A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane. The first and the second panel include a mechanical locking device which is configured for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel at a junction plane. The first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane and the junction plane is extending between the first main plane and the second main plane. The mechanical locking device includes at the first edge an edge tongue which extends from the junction plane and at the second edge includes an edge groove at the junction plane. The mechanical locking device includes a dowel at the first edge and a dowel groove at the second edge. The dowel is configured to cooperate with the dowel groove.
