COUPLING SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING SAME
The present application is directed to a shelving system having a coupling system comprising a tab coupler and a socket coupler, said tab coupler comprising a locking tab extending from a locking face along a locking axis and configured with a round, T-like sectioned shape; said socket coupler comprising a U-shaped locking socket projecting from a mounting face of the socket coupler along a coupler axis and configured with a U-shaped tab arresting groove; the coupling system is configurable between an unlocked position whereat the locking socket slidingly receives the locking tab so that the locking axis and the coupler axis coincide, and a locked position upon rotating one of the tab coupler and the socket coupler about the coinciding axes, entailing snugly arresting of the locking tab by the locking socket, preventing sliding displacement and axial displacement along the coinciding axes.
Connector for modular rack assembly
A rack assembly has two support frames and at least one shelf that are secured to the support frames by connecting assemblies. Each connecting assembly comprises a well secured to a medial surface of each vertical tube of the support frame, and a hook that extends from each end of each shelf, with each hook having an opening extending therethrough. The connecting assembly also includes a connector that is seated inside each well, each connector having a top plate that has an elongated opening, the connector also having a body that is sized and configured to fit inside a well, the body defining two wings with a space between the wings, and wherein each wing has a bump positioned in the center of the inner surface of each wing that faces the space. Each hook is inserted through the elongated opening of a corresponding connector with the bump on each wing fitted inside the opening of the hook to retain the hook inside the body of the connector.
Shelving system
A shelving system comprises four corner columns, a plurality of substantially horizontal support beams, and a plurality of beam braces. Each of the support beams extends between two of the four corner columns, and each support beam is paired with a corresponding second support beam to form pairs of support beams. Each of the beam braces extends between the support beams of one of the pairs of support beams and comprises a first end portion, a second end portion, and a middle portion. The first and second end portions comprise substantially planar faces. The middle portion is between the first end portion and the second end portion and comprises first and second edges, wherein the first end portion and the second end portion extend away from the first and second edges, respectively, in opposite directions.
MODULAR FRAME ASSEMBLY
A modular frame assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes a plurality of supports, and at least one connector for interconnecting the supports. The connector includes a base, a plurality of legs extending outwardly from the base, each leg defining a socket having an exterior surface that has a generally constant profile throughout the length of the leg, and a member that is movable between an engaged position in which it projects interiorly of the leg, and a disengaged position in which it is flush with the exterior surface, the member being biased to the disengaged position. Additional components, such as shelf supports, mounting brackets, shelf brackets, and risers, can be included in the assembly. The modular nature of the assembly allows for a wide arrangement of structures to be created.
Shelving assembly having an adjustable bridge shelf
A closet organizer assembly has a first tower unit and a second tower unit, each tower unit having a plurality of shelves separated by vertical posts, each tower unit also having a plurality of top vertical posts, and a cantilevered shelf removably connected to the plurality of top vertical posts, with each cantilevered shelf having a border wall that includes a plurality of border wall openings. The assembly also includes a bridge shelf having a left end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the first tower unit, and a right end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the second tower unit.
FOLDABLE STORAGE RACK
The present invention discloses a foldable storage rack, comprising side frames, connecting arms and shelves. When unfolded, the foldable storage rack can satisfy a user's storage needs, and when the foldable storage rack is being transported or idle, the side frames, the connecting arms and the shelves of the foldable storage rack are folded in an interlinked manner. The foldable storage rack in a folded state occupies a small space and is convenient for storage and transportation. Additionally, in the unfolding or folding process, it is unnecessary to disassemble or assemble components, advantageous for preventing components from missing.
Shelving unit with capacity increasing shelving
A shelving unit includes a plurality of posts, a plurality of shelf-supporting beams attached to the plurality of posts to form a shelf support frame, and a shelf. The shelf has a plurality of sides seated on the shelf support frame. The plurality of the sides of the shelf includes a depending flange. At least one of the depending flanges extends downwardly along a respective shelf-supporting beam between about 30% and about 100% of the height of the shelf-supporting beam. Another shelf unit is further disclosed where the shelves include a color that corresponds to a color-coded system for organizing the storage of items on the shelving unit. A method of organizing a shelving unit utilizing the color-coded shelf system is also disclosed.
Folding and unfolding space shelf
A folding space shelf has a lower backplane and an upper backplane that are connected by one or more hinges, and a pair of top crossbeams and a pair of upper stringers. Each top crossbeam has a first end hinged to an upper portion of the upper backplane and a second end rotatably connected to one of the pair of upper stringers. It further contains a pair of bottom crossbeams and a pair of bottom stringers. Each bottom crossbeam has a first end hinged to a lower portion of the lower backplane and a second end rotatably connected to one of the pair of bottom stringers. The folding space shelf also contains a pair of middle stringers, each having a first end connected to one of the pair of upper stringers and a second end hinged to one of the pair of the bottom stringers.
Shelf frame for a rack of shelves
A shelf frame for a rack of shelves includes an elongated body; a ledge extending perpendicularly from a bottom edge of the elongated body, the ledge having a width equal to a height of the elongated body; an elongated enhancement disposed along a top edge of the elongated body, the enhancement being bent toward the ledge; two upright extensions disposed at two ends of the elongated body respectively; and a plurality of fasteners disposed in each of the two upright extensions. The two upright extensions and the elongated body are on the same plane. Each of the two upright extensions has a length equal to twice of the height of the elongated body.
