Modular shelving systems for package tracking

A shelving system has at least one shelf, a camera fixed at a distance from the at least one shelf such that a field of view of the camera faces the at least one shelf and closely encompasses the at least one shelf, and a controller in communication with the camera. The controller has a processor adapted to receive images captured by the camera within the camera's field of view and to determine from the images whether a particular object has been placed on, moved, or removed from the at least one shelf.

A modular shelving unit includes a base plate that is planar in an expanded configuration. A first foldable wall is connected to a first side of the base plate. A second foldable wall is connected to a second side of the base plate. The first foldable wall has a first segment and a second segment, and the second foldable wall has a third segment and a fourth segment. The second and fourth segments are rotatable about a respective hinge to define an interior surface with its respective first or third segment when in the expanded configuration. Shelves extend from the interior surfaces in the expanded configuration. In the collapsed configuration, the second and fourth segments are rotated about their respective hinges out of planar with their respective first and third segments. Integrated, modular shelving system

A modular shelving system with a series of shelves, shelf-support brackets, bracket attachment disks, and hinge-pins. The support brackets are hingable. The support disks each include a series of apertures for allowing the disk to be fastened to a wall or stud. The shelf support brackets include shelf-receiving slots. The hinge-pin is threaded to be screwed into the bracket-receiving disks. The shelves are inserted into the shelf-receiving slots in the shelf-support brackets to create a custom multipurpose shelf design, including for climbing animals such as cats.

A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.

SMART LOCKER SYSTEM

A smart locker system includes an enclosure unit and a cassette unit. The smart locker is extendable by adding additional enclosure units and the cassette units. The cassette unit includes storage bins and a control bin. The cassette unit contains different size of storage bins and a control bin. The smart locker system further includes a touch screen and authentication devices. The smart locker system can arrange the storage bins and the control bins to maintain the height of the smart locker system.

Modular display and dispensing system

A modular display and dispensing assembly and method distribute low-voltage power to a low-voltage electrical display feature at each of a plurality of display and dispensing modules arranged in a matrix and placed upon a substrate for display of items to be dispensed. A sub-base is secured to the substrate at a desired, prescribed display and dispensing location, while a main base is selectively coupled to and uncoupled from the sub-base. A plurality of electrical contact points in both the sub-base and main base enables the sub-base to remain securely mounted upon the substrate and connected to a source of low-voltage power while allowing selective uncoupling of the main base from the sub-base for ready removal of the matrix from the substrate for safe storage, without disturbing the secure placement of the sub-base at the desired prescribed display and dispensing location or the connection to the source of low-voltage power.
