Aquarium system
An aquarium filtering and purifying system includes an upper display tank and a lower filter tank. The water from the upper tank can be delivered to the lower tank to a filter, such as within a surrounding filter fabric or membrane, such as a filter sock. An air tube can also be inserted into the filter tank to an unfiltered side of the filter, such as within the filter sock, to deliver air bubbles into the filter tank. The air tube can have an air stone at the end thereof to diffuse the air bubbles. Further air stones can be provided on an outside of the sock in the first compartment. Filtered water is delivered to a second compartment in the filter tank. The next compartment can have sand, and/or rocks and/or algae and/or a clean-up crew to assist in purifying the water. Water from the second compartment then passes to a third compartment, through a bubble trap, and then is pumped back to the display tank. Alternatively, the first compartment can be provided with a macro algae bed instead of a filter sock.
INFILTRATION INTAKE SYSTEM FOR REVETMENT WALL
This infiltration intake system for a revetment wall includes a structural body, set on an outer wall surface of a revetment wall, including a filter storage portion, a filter stored in the filter storage portion of the structural body, and a water guide portion guiding treated water passing through the filter toward the side of an inner wall surface of the revetment wall.
PORTABLE APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR ANALYZING INJECTION FLUIDS
Provided herein are portable apparatus as well as methods of analyzing an injection fluid using these portable apparatus. In some embodiments, the injection fluid can contain a polymer, but a polymer is not necessary. For example, the portable apparatus and methods may be used to determine viscosity, long term injectivity, filter ratio, or any combination thereof of the injection fluid.
STANDBY WATER SOURCE FILTER SYSTEM
Disclosed is a standby water source filter system comprising a filter device, a water pump, water softening equipment and a reverse osmosis (RO) device, wherein the filter device, the water softening equipment and the reverse osmosis (RO) device are sequentially connected in series, an inlet of the filter device is connected with a standby water source, and an outlet of the reverse osmosis (RO) device is connected with downstream water-production equipment. The standby water source filter system can remove impurities, bacteria and saline matter in water through filtering, softening and reverse osmosis (RO), raw material conditions required by the downstream water-production equipment are met, and the service life of the downstream water-production equipment is prolonged.
PRIMARY FILTER AND STORAGE SYSTEM
Disclosed is a primary filter and storage system comprising a power source, a water pump, a filter device, an ultraviolet sterilization device, a water storage device and a control circuit, wherein an inlet of the filter device is connected with a water source, and an outlet of the filter device is connected with the ultraviolet sterilization device; an outlet of the ultraviolet sterilization device is connected with the water storage device. The primary filter and storage system can be used for primary optimization and storage of pure water obtained through air purification and condensation, and thus the pure water can be further optimized by the next-stage water purification system conveniently to reach the standard of the optimal drinking water.
Integrated rapid treatment system for nuclear medical radioactive wastewater and application method thereof
The present disclosure discloses an integrated rapid treatment system for nuclear medical radioactive wastewater and an application method thereof. This system includes a wastewater collection unit; a pretreatment unit; a deep purification unit; a solid decay unit; a buffer unit; an online monitoring unit; and a control unit, wherein the online monitoring unit includes a radioactivity level detection module for detecting total and total radioactivity concentrations of inlet and outlet water of a medium in each unit, and a real-time monitoring module for treatment process parameters. The present disclosure discloses an integrated rapid treatment system for nuclear medical radioactive wastewater and an application method thereof, which can efficiently and quickly purify multi-nuclide organic low-level wastewater produced by a nuclear medical process, and realize rapid online monitoring and automatic control at the same time.
APPARATUS FOR REMOVING IMPURITIES FROM WATER OR WASTEWATER AND A METHOD OF INSTALLING A FLUID DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM THEREIN
An apparatus for removing impurities from water and/or wastewater and a method of installing a fluid distribution system in the apparatus. In the most preferred form of the invention, the fluid distribution system is an air scour system for directing air through the filter bed to assist in cleaning of the filter bed to remove impurities trapped in the filter bed during a service run. In the most preferred form, the method of installing the fluid distribution system in the filter bed is performed by imparting a force to the filter bed to permit the fluid distribution system to be installed in the filter bed without removing media. The fluid distribution system is preferably configured to permit the fluid distribution system to be readily installed in the filter bed and at an optimum orientation.
Situ treatment system and method for dewatering and stabilization of waste material deposits in waste impoundments
A system and method for in situ dewatering and stabilizing waste material deposits previously created from sluicing into a waste impoundment. The method includes access for installation of wells and grading for surface drainage and storm water control. If free water is present, primary dewatering siphons or decants the free water in the pond. The system includes vertical dewatering well installation that requires drilling, well completion materials for filtering leachate, and well pump installation for removing leachate from the well. Collection piping collects leachate from the wells and transfers the leachate to a discharge solution. The dewatering operation collects and removes leachate from the pond ash deposit and impoundment, reuses or treats the leachate at a discharge solution, remediates contaminants and/or hydraulic head in the impoundment, and consolidates and stabilizes the dewatered solids. Impoundment closure includes horizontal drains, final grading, final cover or overfill landfill development, and post closure.
PORTABLE MODULAR FILTER SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a portable high throughput liquid filter system.
