POST COUPLERS
A post coupler has one or more positive post stops therein limiting extension of an end of a post section in or over the coupler beyond the stop. The stops may be freely extended tabs or stop embossments from or in the coupler flanges. Outside wrap, inside wrap and hidden post couplers are disclosed, as well as assembly methods.
SHELVING ASSEMBLY HAVING AN ADJUSTABLE BRIDGE SHELF
A closet organizer assembly has a first tower unit and a second tower unit, each tower unit having a plurality of shelves separated by vertical posts, each tower unit also having a plurality of top vertical posts, and a cantilevered shelf removably connected to the plurality of top vertical posts, with each cantilevered shelf having a border wall that includes a plurality of border wall openings. The assembly also includes a bridge shelf having a left end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the first tower unit, and a right end that is removably connected to the cantilevered shelf of the second tower unit.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING PANELS
Panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system including a separate and flexible tongue allowing connection with a snap action. An outer edge part of the separate flexible tongue includes a guiding protrusion that facilitates easy disassembly of the panels and that is deformed during locking and/or unlocking.
Cabinet system and method for assembling a cabinet system
A cabinet system includes a frame at least partially defined by a plurality of vertical legs and a shelf defining a first plane and supported by the plurality of vertical legs. The vertical legs extend transverse to the first plane. A countertop is supported by the plurality of vertical legs. A body panel is coupled to the frame and has a plurality of apertures. A door is coupled to the frame and operable to selectively provide access to the shelf. The door has a plurality of apertures. Posts are coupled to the frame and extend transverse to the first plane. Each post of the plurality of posts is configured to extend through (i) an associated aperture of the plurality of apertures in the body panel to couple the body panel to the frame or through (ii) an associated aperture of the plurality of apertures in the door to couple the door to the frame.
Storage system and article retrieving method
An apparatus is disclosed that provides a storage system designed to allow pickers to easily and efficiently pull products from all portions of the storage system from a single side of the storage system. The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.
Mounting system applied to cabinets with feet
The present disclosure is applied to the area of furniture, and is related to a quick-mounting system applied to a cabinet body including the feet, preferably steel cabinets, for joining the unmounted pieces by fittings and bends on the steel piece itself that is locked between the pieces with no need of screws, connectors, tools or skilled labor.
Reconfigurable modular storage system
A reconfigurable modular storage system has a reconfigurable support for storage units of the storage system. The reconfigurable support includes an end frame member attachable to the storage unit in two reverse orientations and releasably attachable base members. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a first orientation and the base members are unattached, a portion of the end frame member serves as a raised end railing of the storage unit. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a second orientation and the base members are attached, the base members serve as a load-bearing supports for the end frame member and for the storage unit. Multiple end frame members may be vertically stacked to create multiple vertically stacked storage units.
Formed support member with antirotation feature
A formed support member that is structurally steady and easy to manufacture is disclosed herein. The formed support member comprises a downwardly facing U-shaped body, a first flat end, a first engaging end, a second flat end and a second engaging end. The formed support member may comprise at least one hole on the engaging ends which allows the formed support member to be universally fastened to different sized horizontal beams for different storage needs.
Formed support member with tab securing feature
A formed support member that is structurally steady and easy to manufacture is disclosed herein. The formed support member comprises a downwardly facing U-shaped body, a first flat end, a first securing tab having one end integrally connected to the first flat end and another end extended downwardly to receive at least partially a first support surface of a first supporting beam, a second flat end, and a second securing tab having one end integrally connected to the second flat end and another end extended downwardly to receive at least partially a second support surface of a second supporting beam.
Cantilever shelving system
A cantilever shelving system is disclosed and can include a frame structure, a cantilever shelf support structure, and a plurality of load-bearing shelves that can be supported by the cantilever shelf support structure and the frame structure. The shelves can be positioned laterally adjacent to cantilever support arms of the cantilever shelf support structure, and the shelf support surfaces can be coplanar with upper walls of the cantilever support arms. Ends of laterally adjacent shelves do not overlap with a front side of a vertical support member to which the cantilever support arm is mounted. The cantilever shelving system can accommodate various user requirements and can be operably integrated with standard commercial and/or industrial equipment or machinery.
