Wall-Mounted, Configurable Storage System
In a wall-mounted shelving and/or storage system, vertical standards are mounted to a wall using a plurality of individual cleats arranged in vertical columns and horizontal rows. The width of each cleat is smaller than the width of the standard, so that it can be hidden within the standard when mounted. Formed on the back of each vertical standard are a plurality of transverse edges at predefined intervals, in known spatial relationships with bracket connection points, for cooperating with the cleats to properly position and orient the standards at the correct height with respect to each other.
UTILITY RACK
Disclosed is a utility rack system that includes shelves having a first end, a second end, and a pair of end supports. Each of the pair of end supports is configured to support either the first end or the second end of the one or more elongated shelves. Each of the pair of end supports includes a first vertical member and a second vertical member, an upper cross member pivotally coupled at a first end to the first vertical member and pivotally coupled at a second end to the second vertical member, and a lower cross member pivotally coupled at a first end to the first vertical member and pivotally coupled at a second end to the second vertical member. The utility rack system also includes a diagonal support having a sliding lock mechanism coupling a first end of the diagonal support to the first vertical member.
Adjustable and stowable storage shelf for a storage enclosure
A storage enclosure includes a first support member spaced from a second support member. The first support member includes a first rotating shelf support and the second support member includes a second rotating shelf support. A third support member is spaced from a fourth support member. The third support member includes a first fixed shelf support and a second fixed shelf support and the fourth support member includes a third fixed shelf support and a fourth fixed shelf support. A shelf includes a first end connected to the first rotating shelf support and the second rotating shelf support and a second end. The shelf is positionable in a first configuration and a second configuration.
Audio equipment stand optimized to minimize noise floor
An audio equipment stand, comprising at least one shelf, the shelf bounded by a perimeter, at least three mounting brackets, each of the mounting brackets having a mounting section and a compression section, each of the compression sections having a compression aperture, the compression aperture having a compression centroid, and, securement means operatively arranged to secure the at least three mounting brackets to at least three mounting locations on the shelf, which mounting locations are internal to the perimeter such that at least three mounting centroids form at least three vertices of a first polygon, wherein at least three compression members provide support in a vertical direction for the mounting brackets and the at least one shelf, wherein the compression centroids establish vertices of a second polygon having at least one internal angle that is different from any other internal angle of the first polygon.
Mobile wall including an alignment mechanism
A mobile wall comprising an alignment pin moveably supported on a crossbar adjacent a vertical support. The alignment pin is selectively moveable between a retracted position, in which the alignment pin is retracted into a first aperture, and an extended position, in which at least a portion of the alignment pin extends outwardly from the first aperture. The alignment pin is selectively receivable in an aperture of another mobile wall while in the extended position to align the mobile wall with the another mobile wall.
ENHANCED STORAGE SUPPORT PLATFORM
Warehouse support structures capable of supporting heavy loads are supported by support members coupled to horizontal support beams, attached to vertical columns. The structure can comprise wire a mesh platform. The front end can be bent down, to nest against a horizontal support beam. The rear end can be bent up, over the horizontal to act as a pallet safety stop. It can also extend rearwards from the horizontal beam to provide additional support surface area. The construction presents a smooth, easy to assemble, snag free construction.
Method and apparatus for storing clamps
A tool storage system has a universal mounting bracket coupled to a support surface formed with a plurality of apertures that align with differently sized support arms that support a tool therefrom. The apertures are aligned along a common horizontal plane and the support arms have different heights that allow tools to be hung therefrom in a nesting relationship so that more tools can occupy less space or area relative to the support surface. The nesting relationship of the tools provides for a first tool supported by the first arm to fit within a space defined by the second tool supported by the second arm. In some instance, the first and second arms may be part of a pair of support arms, respectively.
MODULAR ADJUSTABLE STORAGE ORGANIZER
An improved storage organizer (10) having a plurality of vertical modular side panels (30) providing support, adjustability of size, location and storage capacity for a plurality of horizontal, adjustable shelf rails (70), adjustable, extendable, pull-out shelves (20) and encoded labels (25A) enabling identification of stored items within upright freezers and refrigerators in the first embodiment. A user of the organizer (10) can assemble the organizer without tools in the first embodiment to suit various models, dimensions and inner configuration of the storage space and anticipated weight and sizes of items stored on the shelves. A user of the organizer can track quantity and content of stored items by means of encoded labels (25A) inserted in shelf label holders (25) and in or on packages containing stored items, both visually and by means of remote inventory control systems. Thus, a considerably more versatile, durable, modular and efficient storage organizer is provided—that can be adjusted to provide more or less storage capacity in most models of upright freezers and refrigerators in the first embodiment as well as in other cold, heated or room-temperature storage compartments in other embodiments with ease of tracking quantities and locations, viewing, adding, removing, rearranging, identifying and retrieving a variety of stored items.
MECHANICAL LOCKING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING PANELS
Panels are shown, which are provided with a mechanical locking system including a separate and flexible tongue allowing connection with a snap action. An outer edge part of the separate flexible tongue includes a guiding protrusion that facilitates easy disassembly of the panels and that is deformed during locking and/or unlocking.
Structural column and modular structure for electrical cabinets including referred structural column
Structural Column and Modular Structure for Electrical Cabinets Comprising said Structural column, includes a structural column (1) which, from a single piece, accurately determines two corners or vertexes of a modular structure (19) for electric cabinets. The modular structure (19) has four vertically positioned structural columns (1) and at least eight horizontal beams (20) connected to each other by means of screws (21). This invention also introduces an innovative joint between the elements of the structural columns (1), which are joined together by means of welds (6) and with the aid of limiters (12), positioning flaps (11) and engagers (9). Thus, this invention guarantees a perfect square of the modular structure and the correct assembly of the electrical cabinet, with no need for highly specialized labor. The modular structure (19) presented here can be manufactured entirely from low-cost metal materials such as carbon steel, significantly reducing the manufacturing costs of electrical cabinets.
