The filter comprises a housing, an alarm, a multi-stage screen filtering element, and a segmented brush. The housing comprises a left housing, a middle housing, and a right housing. The multi-stage screen filtering element comprises a plurality of screen filter cylinders. The segmented brush comprises a plurality of bristle frames, a plurality of connecting rods, a connector and a power device. The middle housing is provided with a water inlet. The left housing is provided with a discharge pipe. The installation, disassembly, repair, maintenance of the filter of the present invention can be done more conveniently.

Filter device

The invention relates to a filter device for polymer melts, having a filter screen (1), through which the polymer melt to be purified is guided, wherein the filter device comprises at least one scraping element (2), which glides across the upstream surface (4) of the filter screen (1) with its scraping edge (3), or rests on the surface (4) with its end area nearest the scraping edge (3), and lifts off and/or scrapes off the contaminations (6) adhering to the surface (4) and those present in front of the screen orifices (5) in the course of its movement across the surface (4). According to the invention it is provided that the scraping edge (3) has a curvature (7) at least in the end area of the same, leading in the direction of movement (16), the radius (R) of which is less than 90%, preferably less than 50%, in particular less than 20% of the maximum diameter, or of the maximum orifice width of the screen orifices (5).

Subsea fluid injection system

A subsea system is configured to inject seawater into a subterranean formation. The system includes a sub-micron filtration module and a plurality of pumps and a plurality of other filtering devices arranged in series.

A filter system configured to remove microfibers released from textiles being processed in a fluid. This fluid is sent into a filter housing containing a filter cartridge which in turn contains a movable inner filter. The movable inner filter is sufficiently flexible as to permit random movement in the fluid so that the inner filter rubs against the cartridge housing thereby removing particulate matter from the cartridge housing, thereby extending the useful life of the filter cartridge.

Provided provides a system for cleaning a hull of a ship, comprising: a cleaning robot for cleaning outer surface of a hull of a ship and introduce seawater including contaminants removed from the outer surface of the hull during cleaning process to the inside of the cleaning robot; and a purifying device connected to the cleaning robot via a hose member, for filtering and purifying the seawater introduced together with the contaminants from the cleaning robot via the hose member.

FILTER PURGE AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL SYSTEM

A filter purge and maintenance control system monitors a fluid circulation line passing fluid through a filter. The system includes a vacuum switch manifold having a first vacuum switch sensing a first calibrated vacuum threshold, and a second vacuum switch sensing a second calibrated vacuum threshold in the fluid circulation line. The first vacuum switch provides a first calibrated vacuum threshold signal. The second vacuum switch provides a second calibrated vacuum threshold signal. A purge switch is actuated to purge a fluid from a filter housing, and a reset switch is actuated to reset the control system to a filtering operation. A first indicator is connected to the first vacuum switch for receiving the first calibrated vacuum threshold signal and illuminating the first threshold indicator. A second indicator is connected to the second vacuum switch for receiving the second calibrated vacuum threshold signal and illuminating the second threshold indicator.
