A first bayonet protrusion is disposed on the first end disk and designed to engage behind a first bayonet receptacle of a filter housing of a filter. The first bayonet protrusion has a free end. The first bayonet protrusion projects at least over sections thereof in a radial direction relative to a filter element longitudinal axis of the filter element past the filter medium. The free end projects in the radial direction toward the filter element longitudinal axis. A filter with a filter housing provided with a first bayonet receptacle is provided and the filter element is arranged in the filter housing such that the first bayonet protrusion on the first end disk engages behind the first bayonet receptacle of the filter housing.

OIL FILTER

An oil filter assembly is disclosed for a machine, such as an internal combustion engine, that has an oil output port and an oil input port. A mounting plate may be fixed with an outer enclosure and may be adapted for securing to the machine. The mounting plate may be further adapted to conduct oil from the machine into a peripheral portion of the outer enclosure, and then returning oil from a central portion of the outer enclosure back to the machine. Oil may pass from the peripheral portion to the central portion through a primary filter having a first porosity. A pressure-actuated valve may be fixed fluidly between the peripheral portion and central portion of the outer enclosure. Oil may pass through the pressure-actuated valve only when an oil pressure differential between the peripheral portion and the central portion of the outer enclosure exceeds a predetermined threshold pressure. A secondary filter may have a second porosity greater than the first porosity, and may be fixed fluidly between the pressure-actuated valve and the central portion of the outer enclosure.

A filter element group for a filter device for filtering a fluid may include a ring-shaped working filter element, a ring-shaped protective filter element, an assembly device, and a securing device. The working filter element may include a ring-shaped working filter body, a first outer end plate, and a second outer end plate. The protective filter element may include a ring-shaped protective filter body, a first inner end plate, and a second inner end plate. The securing device may be adjustable between a securing state where the cover plate is axially secured to the second outer end plate and a release state where the cover plate is axially removable from the second outer end plate. When in the securing state, the securing device may secure the cover plate to the second outer end plate preventing rotation of the cover plate in the circumferential direction.

Clean-side water-separating filter element having bayonet connection, and fuel filter having a filter element of this type

A filter element for a fuel filter has first and second end plates and a particle filter medium arranged between the first and second end plates. A bayonet protrusion on the first end plate is designed to engage a bayonet receptacle of the filter housing by rotation of the filter element about a filter element longitudinal axis. An internal sealing element on the second end plate is designed to separate a raw side from a water collecting chamber of the fuel filter. The filter housing has a filter housing body and a cover screwed onto the filter housing body. The filter housing has a bayonet receptacle arranged on its inner side. By rotating the filter element about a filter element longitudinal axis of the filter element, the bayonet protrusion engages the bayonet receptacle of the filter housing when the cover is unscrewed from the filter housing body.

OIL FILTER REMOVAL TOOL AND METHOD OF USE
20200254597 · 2020-08-13 ·

An oil filter removal tool with a cavity for receiving the oil filter, a tapered base portion with reverse (e.g. left handed) threads for gripping the base of the oil filter, and a lip for capturing spilled oil. A wrench connection below the base portion of the tool fits a typical socket wrench head to allow for easy removal of the oil filter using a common tool. The reverse threads grip the base of the oil filter when being turned to the left, and as they tighten onto the filter, they grip tighter and tighter and then begin to loosen the filter. As the filter comes loose, any spilt oil will be captured within the cavity of the removal tool.

Elastically deformable component providing indication of proper fluid filter installation and related methods

An apparatus having a bottom assembly for interfacing to connect the bottom assembly to a second structure, having a deformable element that, when sufficient force is applied via the process of attaching the bottom assembly to the second structure, and at an appropriate value of axial compression or pressure, passes from a stable state, through a rapid shape transformation to a second state via a regime of reduced resistance to deformation, creating a tactile or audible indication that the apparatus has been properly installed. The deformable element may be joined to the apparatus using a circumferential insertion ring by friction fit or spring fit, may be inserted inwardly of a sealing surface and may adhere magnetically to the second structure to facilitate installation.

Disposable cleaning-free paint pot

A disposable cleaning-free paint pot comprise a pot body and a pot lid covering an opening of the pot body, the pot lid including a pot lid connector and a feed hole disposed in the pot lid connector, the adapter including an external thread disposed at an outer wall, positioning blocks disposed at an inner wall thereof, a press plate and a clamping cam; the pot lid joint is including positioning slots engaging with the positioning blocks and an annular groove for the clamping cam. The paint pot from cleaning after spray coating, the cleanliness of paint pot is guaranteed, so that the paint pot is fitted on spray gun rapidly, and the paint can be mixed in the pot body.

Environmental Waste Water Filtering System

An environmental waste water filtering system, including a bucket, the inside of which tapers into a funnel portion that leads to a strainer. The funnel has an exit tube that extends 3 inches below the bucket wall and may be inserted into a drain such as a toilet drain pipe. The inside of the bucket and funnel portion forms a fluid debris chamber. When fluid containing particulate matter is poured into the fluid debris chamber, the particulate matter is removed from the fluid portion as the fluid passes through the strainer and then into the toilet drain pipe. Once all fluid drains from the fluid debris chamber, the captured debris may be poured into a trash bag and disposed of. Optionally, a disposable straining filter bag may be positioned in the fluid debris chamber so that even finer particulate matter is removed from the fluid for disposal with the bag.
