The guide contour may include a first axial groove and a second axial groove configured to receive the first guide element and the second guide element to define a key and lock interaction.
Fuel filter
A fuel filter assembly includes a filter housing defining a cavity, a center stack having a base component and a top portion. The center stack is positioned within the cavity of the filter housing and attached to the housing, the center stack having an axial aperture in the top portion, the axial aperture having a circumferential surface, and a fuel filter. The fuel filter includes a filter base, an end cap having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface, an axial extension that extends from the bottom surface, and at least one prong attached to the axial extension, the at least one prong having an axial surface facing away from the top surface that axially locates the fuel filter in the housing against the circumferential surface, a filter element attached to the bottom surface of the end cap, and a pin attached to a filter base.
SUBTERRANEAN GRAVITY-FLOW GRAYWATER FILTRATION APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
A tank assembly for a gravity-flow graywater filtration system includes a lower portion having a lower-portion sidewall with a port and an upper portion having an extension tank that includes a bottom, an extension-tank sidewall, a removable lid, and an inflow-pipe portion coupled to a first port in the extension-tank sidewall and including a part that extends through a port in the bottom of the extension tank. The tank assembly also includes a filter cartridge housed within the upper portion at a location beneath the extension tank, and a sump pump in the lower portion, the sump pump having an outflow-pipe portion coupled to the port in the lower-portion sidewall.
FAT CUTTER AND INTEGRATED MACHINE FOR PREPARATION OF IN VITRO FINE-PARTICLE FAT
A fat cutter and an integrated machine for preparation of in vitro fine-particle fat are provided. The fat cutter includes a fat inlet channel, a fat outlet channel, at least one set of blades disposed between an outlet of the fat inlet channel and an inlet of the fat outlet channel, and a housing that seals a space in which the outlet of the fat inlet channel, the inlet of the fat outlet channel, and the blades are located. A fat inlet of the fat inlet channel is connected to a large-diameter liposuction tube by a liposuction channel, and a fat outlet of the fat outlet channel is connected to a high-negative pressure device. The outlet of the fat inlet channel and the inlet of the fat outlet channel are oppositely provided, and a gap therebetween matches the thickness of the blades.
FILTER ASSEMBLY
A method of packaging a filter media that is pre-folded for insertion is a filter assembly is provided.
WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE AND HEAD HAVING KEYED ENGAGEMENT
A water filter assembly is provided, including a filter head including a filter manifold in fluid communication with an existing water line, a head housing connected to the manifold and including landings, an elongate key member depending from a portion of the filter head, and a filter cartridge including a filter housing constructed and arranged to retain a supply of filter media, a filter closure attached to an upper end of the filter housing and having at least an inlet port and an outlet port, the closure configured for engaging the landings of the head housing and also having a recess constructed and arranged to matingly and slidingly accommodate the key member so that, upon engaging the filter head, the filter cartridge is in alignment with the filter head.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A FILTER SYSTEM
A variable pore size filter media including an upper plate, a retainer, and a support profile disposed between the upper plate and the retainer. The variable pore size filter media also includes a plurality of wire rings disposed on the support profile and longitudinally distributed within a region between the upper plate and the retainer, the plurality of wire rings being distributed in a non-contiguous manner to form a plurality of spaces therebetween. The variable pore size filter media further includes a plurality of pores defined by the plurality of spaces between the plurality of wire rings and a pore size adjustment mechanism configured to vary a respective distance between each of the plurality of wire rings to increase or decrease a respective size of each of the plurality of pores by increasing or decreasing a size of each of the plurality of spaces.
STAR PLEATING WITH INSIDE OUT FLOW HAVING WATER DRAINAGE THROUGH THE CENTER
A filter cartridge includes an open-ended housing and filter element supported in the housing and defining an annular region between a periphery of the filter element and a side housing wall. A water collection region is between an end of the filter element and a lower-housing wall. The filter element includes pleated media surrounding an axially-extending central area, and pleats of different heights round the central area. An end plate is bonded to the filter element to prevent fluid flow through the pleats' upper ends. One passage is through a plate opening into the central area. Another passage is between the end plate and peripheral region. The filter element has freely-supported lower ends. A seal between the lower periphery of the filter element and the housing prevents fluid bypass of the filter element. Fluid passes through the pleats, and water coalesces on the media and drains into the collection region.
FILTER ASSEMBLIES, DEPTH INDICATORS, TORQUE-LIMITING FITTINGS, TORQUE-INDICATING FITTINGS, AND SYSTEMS INCORPORATING THE SAME
In some examples, a filter assembly may include a filter including a first gasket having a first channel adjacent to a first side of the filter and a second gasket having a second channel adjacent to a second side of the filter. The first gasket and the second gasket may include a beveled surface adjacent to the filter. The first channel and the second channel may include a diameter of from about 0.01 mm to about 0.5 mm. A finger tightening system may securely hold the filter without any leaks.
Water separation group
A water separation group is for a fuel filtration and separation assembly of a vehicle fuel circulation system. The assembly includes an assembly casing extending along a longitudinal axis positionable in the vehicle in a horizontal position and accommodating a filtration group for filtering dirty fuel. The water separation group is positionable in the assembly casing in fluidic connection with the filtration group and extends along a main axis parallel to and/or coincident with the longitudinal axis. The water separation group includes a separator and a blocking device below the separator to prevent return of separated water to the separator. The blocking device includes a blocking surface extending longitudinally forming an angle with the direction of the main axis that inclines at least a portion of the blocking surface to allow water separated from the fuel to flow towards the wall from which the blocking surface extends.
