Purification Device for Purifying Air and Air Purifier Having Same
The method and system disclosed herein present a purification device for purifying air, and an air purifier having the same. The purification device for purifying air comprises a housing, one or more purification assemblies, one or more water inlet pipes, one or more capture assemblies, and an electric motor. The housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. A cavity, in communication with the air inlet and the air outlet, is defined inside the housing. Each of the one or more purification assemblies is rotatably arranged in the cavity, and is located between the air inlet and the air outlet. Each of the one or more capture assemblies is rotatably arranged at a downstream side of the one or more purification assemblies. The electric motor is used for driving the one or more purification assemblies and the one or more capture assemblies.
System and method for producing mold-resistant paper with wet scrubber assembly
Embodiments of a system and a method for preparing mold-resistant paper comprising a wet scrubber assembly in fluid communication with at least one collection plenum disposed at an operational area of a paper manufacturing line. The wet scrubber assembly can be operated to draw a stream of exhaust air from the operational area of the paper manufacturing line through the wet scrubber assembly to remove particulate from the exhaust stream. Such systems and methods can be used to produce mold-resistant paper by coating a paper with an antimicrobial composition including at least one antimicrobial additive at the calendering stage. The collection plenum can be placed in proximate relationship with the calendering stack such that the amount of antimicrobial additive particulate in the air at the calendering stage is reduced. The mold-resistant paper can be used in a gypsum panel.
Swirl air/liquid air purifier
A swirl air/liquid air purifier comprises: a liquid accommodating disk, having a liquid accommodating space formed in a recessed status for accommodating a liquid; an air discharging pipe, disposed at a top end of the liquid accommodating disk and upwardly extended so as to be formed as a hollow body, wherein a bottom end thereof has a bottom base which is sealed at the top end of the liquid accommodating disk, the bottom base is formed with a plurality of air inlet holes arranged adjacent to a periphery of the air discharging pipe, one side of the air inlet hole is downwardly extended and obliquely inclined thereby forming an inclined guiding plate/pipe allowing a swirl airflow to be generated; and an air suction fan, disposed in the air discharging pipe.
Apparatus and method for air purification and power generation
Provided is an air purification apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises a body having a cavity, an air intake, and an air exhaust. A water reservoir, disposed within the cavity contains a fluid and is in fluid communication with the air intake. A first chamber is disposed within the cavity and is in fluid communication with the water reservoir and the air exhaust. A solar power assembly attaches to the body, the solar power assembly has one or more solar panels. The air purification apparatus has a battery in electrical communication with the one or more solar panels.
APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF THE ATMOSPHERE OF A STORAGE SPACE FOR VEGETABLE PRODUCTS
An apparatus for treating the atmosphere of a storage space for vegetable products with a volume greater than 200 m.sup.3, includes a contacting device having a packing; an injector configured to inject a liquid flow into the contacting device; and a circulator configured to circulate the storage atmosphere in the contacting device. The contacting device is configured such that the storage atmosphere is brought into contact with the liquid flow by circulation in the packing.
Emission Recovery System and Method
Embodiments of an emission recovery system of the present invention generally include an inverted, substantially U-shaped tubular head, and a substantially straight, vertically oriented tubular body internally equipped with one or more fans and a plurality of liquid spray nozzles fluidly connected to a liquid provision system. Embodiments of a method of using an embodiment of an emission recovery system of the present invention are also provided.
Exhaust configuration for a wet scrubber
An exhaust configuration for a wet scrubber. The exhaust configuration includes a diffuser that is attached to the wet scrubber and which defining an outlet for discharging scrubbed air and paint laden water from the wet scrubber. Attached on lateral sides of the diffuser are wings. The wings extend away from the outlet.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DRY FOG INLET PARTICLE SEPARATOR
An inlet particle separator system for a gas turbine engine includes a separator manifold. The separator manifold includes an inlet upstream from an outlet. The inlet is to receive an incoming airflow, and the outlet is to be fluidly coupled to an inlet of the gas turbine engine. The inlet particle separator system includes at least one dry fog nozzle coupled proximate the inlet so as to face at least partially away from the inlet. The dry fog nozzle is external to the separator manifold, and the dry fog nozzle is to direct a spray of dry fog in a direction transverse to the incoming airflow to agglomerate with fine particles in the incoming airflow to form agglomerated particles. The inlet particle separator system includes a scavenging system coupled to the separator manifold downstream from the inlet, and the scavenging system removes the agglomerated particles from the separator manifold.
AIR SCRUBBER
An air scrubber has an electrically driven fan and a drum having a mat forming a closed circulating band spanning a support of the drum. The mat is electrically rotatably driven about a rotation axis, wherein a lower part of the drum is immersed in a water basin. The mat can be removed from the drum by a movement in the axial direction and pushed back on again by a movement in the axial direction.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WET CLEANING A GAS STREAM
An apparatus and method for wet cleaning a gas stream has a housing with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, wherein, in the housing, there is at least a first washing segment that serves to clean the gas stream with a washing liquid and that is arranged in the flow path of the gas stream. Inside the housing of the apparatus, there is at least one fan that regulates air pressure along the flow path of the gas stream. A bypass channel for bypassing the flow path through the at least one washing segment as well as a regulator that is arranged in the bypass and that serves to discharge the gas stream being conveyed via the bypass channel are arranged inside the housing.
