Refrigeration/cold storage food safety filters
A food-grade, all-natural cold storage anti-bacterial filter is disclosed. The filter may control moisture, gaseous contaminates, mold, and bacteria within a cold storage unit; improve food safety; and improve the life of cold storage equipment. Reduced food spoilage, reduced energy usage, and increased cold storage shelf life may result from use of the filter. The filter includes a mixture of effective amounts of a base mineral, hygroscopic plant botanicals, and anti-bacterial plant botanicals, wherein the mixture is disposed in an FDA-approved food grade material.
DEODORIZATION AND DEHUMIDIFICATION DEVICE
A deodorization and dehumidification device including an accommodation room in which an object is accommodated, a deodorizer including a deodorization route provided outside the accommodation room to deodorize air in the accommodation room and supply the deodorized air to the accommodation room, and a dehumidifier including a dehumidification route provided outside the accommodation room and separated from the deodorization route to dehumidify air in the accommodation room and supply the dehumidified air to the accommodation room.
Optimized menu planning
A method for planning preparation of a plurality of dishes according to a plurality of corresponding recipes includes automatically identifying, by a processor, a plurality of candidate sub-recipes, wherein each candidate sub-recipe in the plurality of candidate sub-recipes comprises an intermediate component that is required by at least two of the plurality of corresponding recipes, and automatically selecting, by the processor, at least one candidate sub-recipe in the plurality of candidate sub-recipes for preparation, in accordance with at least one constraint on the preparation of the plurality of dishes.

Apparatus for air purification and freshness maintenance, and method for controlling same
The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of purifying air and maintaining freshness inside a refrigerator while minimizing deformation of the structure of an existing refrigerator, and a method for controlling the same. The apparatus for air purification and freshness maintenance according to the present invention is formed separately from a storage space (12) of a refrigerator (10) and is installed on a cooling passage (14) which communicates with the storage space (12) through an inlet (13) and an outlet (15), wherein a photocatalyst filter (30) is installed in the vicinity of the outlet (15) within the cooling passage (14), and a plurality of cells (32) forming an air vent are formed in the photocatalyst filter (30) in the same direction as the air flow direction within the cooling passage (14), in which a UV LED (41) for radiating ultraviolet rays toward the cells (32) of the photocatalyst filter (30) is installed.
CLOTHING MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
A clothes-treating apparatus includes: a housing including an accommodating space to accommodate clothes therein; and a plurality of air conditioning modules provided inside the housing and different in an air conditioning function from each other, wherein each of the plurality of air conditioning modules is provided to be switched over between an exposing status in which the air conditioning function is activated and a blocking status in which the air conditioning function is inactivated, and a first air conditioning module among the plurality of air conditioning modules is in the exposing status while a second air conditioning module is in the blocking status. Thus, the clothes-treating apparatus prevents the air conditioning functions of the plurality of air conditioning modules from being offset by each other, thereby improving the effects of the air conditioning functions and extending the life of each air conditioning module.
FLUID TREATMENT APPARATUS
A fluid treatment apparatus including a photocatalyst filter having a first surface and a second surface, a light source unit spaced apart from the photocatalyst filter to provide light to the first surface, a housing including an inlet, an outlet, and a flow path formed between the photocatalyst filter and the light source, and a guide member disposed at one side of the housing and including at least one slat to guide a movement direction of a fluid, in which the slat is inclined at least in a direction closer to the first surface of the photocatalyst filter along an advancing direction of the flow path when an air flow rate of the fluid has a first value, and in a direction away from the first surface of the photocatalyst filter along the advancing direction when the air flow rate of the fluid is greater than the first value.
Air purifier
An air purifier is provided, including a box body and a filter screen inside the box body, an air suction device, a water mist generator, the water mist generator being disposed at one side of the filter screen, the air suction device being configured to inhale outdoor air into an interior of the box body, and the water mist generator being configured to form an ionized water layer.
AN AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure envisages an air purification system. The system includes a shell, a blower, an electrode and a plurality of spikes. The shell has electrically-grounded wall(s), an inlet, and an outlet. The blower generates flow of air through the shell. The electrode is fitted within the shell between the inlet and the outlet and is electrically isolated from the shell body. The spikes extend from the electrode. The spikes have tips spaced apart from the inner surfaces of the walls and generate a corona between the tips and the inner surface of the walls when an high voltage electric current is passed through the electrode and thereby ionize gases and charge particles present in the air resulting in the particles being deposited on the inner surface of the walls of the shell.
Deodorizing Material, Method for Producing the Same, Deodorization Method, and Deodorizing Sheet
There is provided a deodorizing material having particularly high deodorization capabilities for ammonia, acetaldehyde, and toluene. The deodorizing material of the present invention comprises fibrous activated carbon; and (A) an aromatic amine and a sulfate of the aromatic amine or (B) an aromatic amine, a sulfate of the aromatic amine, and sulfuric acid, supported on the fibrous activated carbon, wherein a total substance amount of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon is 0.85 to 1.35 mmol, and a ratio of the total substance amount (mmol) of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon relative to a total substance amount (mmol) of the sulfate of the aromatic amine and the sulfuric acid supported per gram of the fibrous activated carbon ([total substance amount of the aromatic amine and the sulfate of the aromatic amine][total substance amount of the sulfate of the aromatic amine and the sulfuric acid]) is 5.0 to 7.5.
