Adjustable filter track for HVAC system
An adjustable filter track system for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a filter track having a guideway and a bracket that form a recess configured to receive a filter and an adjustable angle bracket including a first panel and a second panel rotatably coupled to the guideway, where the bracket and the adjustable angle bracket are configured to hold the filter in place within the recess, and where the adjustable angle bracket is configured to rotate about an axis within the recess between a first configuration and a second configuration to accommodate different thicknesses of the filter.
Air purifier and air purifying system
An air cleaning or purifying system includes a main air cleaner or purifier having an upper seating surface that is at least partially flat and at least one portable air purifier having a base configured to be seated on re lifted from the upper seating surface. The main air purifier and the portable air purifier may each have a filter and a fan. The air main and portable air purifiers may operate together. The portable air purifier may be moved to another room, or may be seated on the main air purifier such that various combinations of air purifying modes and air purifying capacities may be performed.
FILTER ELEMENT HAVING INNER SUPPORT AND METHODS
A filter element includes a construction of pleated filter media defining an interior volume. First and second opposite end caps are secured to opposite ends of the filter media. A support structure supports the filter media and is operably oriented in the interior volume. The support structure extends from the first opposing interior face to the second opposing interior face. The support structure is provided to extend less than a full extension between the first end cap and second end cap.
Air intake filter assemblies with actuatable filter slats for heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) systems
The present disclosure relates generally to air intake filter assemblies, and more particularly to air intake assemblies for an outdoor portion of a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system. In an embodiment, a filter assembly is configured to filter an airflow entering an air intake of a HVAC unit. The filter assembly includes a support structure and a plurality of filter slats, each having a fine filtration material, each disposed within the support structure, and wherein the plurality of filter slats is configured in a louvered relationship and actuated between a closed configuration through which the airflow passes and an open configuration through which the airflow passes.
FILTERING MODULE
A filtering module includes at least one reinforced aluminum side plate and at least one filtering mesh. The reinforced aluminum side plate surrounds to form a rectangular frame. The reinforced aluminum side plate includes a top plate, a connecting plate, a base plate and a positioning plate. The connecting plate is connected between the top plate and the base plate. The base plate and the top plate are substantially parallel with each other. The base plate has a treated surface away from the top plate and configured to abut against a fan filtering unit. The top plate has a supporting surface away from the base plate. The positioning plate is disposed perpendicularly on the supporting plate and aligns with the connecting plate. The filtering mesh is at least partially supported on the supporting surface and at least partially abuts against the positioning plate.

AMBIENT AIR PURIFICATION DEVICE
An ambient air purification device has a filter device arranged in a filter receiving region of its housing. The filter device has a main filter element and a prefilter element, each having a circumferential frame device. A clamping force generating device is provided in the housing to exert an axial clamping force on the frame device of the main filter element resting, when mounted, at the frame device of the prefilter element. The clamping force is transmitted to the frame device of the prefilter element and presses the latter seal-tightly via a seal against a circumferential contact shoulder of the filter receiving region to seal the filter device in the filter receiving region. The frame device of the main filter element is sealed indirectly by the frame device of the prefilter element in relation to the housing and has no seal location of its own in relation to the housing.
Auxiliary filter for the indoor unit of a mini-split heat pump
The indoor unit of a mini-split heat pump has an auxiliary filter mounted atop the air inlet opening of the indoor unit. The auxiliary filter comprising three parallel filtering stages and each of these filtering stages having an air flow capacity equivalent to a nominal air flow rating of the indoor unit. The three filtering stages improve low-air-quality tolerance of a residential indoor unit of a mini-split heat pump, so that commercial and industrial users can also benefit from these high efficiency heat pumps to reduce their carbon footprint.
FILTER ELEMENT PAPER COMPONENT AND AIR FILTER MESH
The present disclosure discloses a filter element paper component, including two frames, wherein the two frames are oppositely arranged and are not connected; filter element paper, wherein two ends of the filter element paper are fixedly connected to the corresponding frames respectively, and the two frames separately locate the two ends of the filter paper during mounting; and a separation strip, detachably connected between the two frames to form a complete hollow cavity. The filter paper is folded and arranged in the cavity. The separation strip is pulled to be respectively separated from the two frames, and the two frames arranged at the two ends of the filter element paper are separately pulled to unfold the filter element paper.
Engine multi-path aftertreatment system with radio frequency sensors and methods, assemblies, and components thereof
Systems, methods, assemblies, and components for aftertreatment of an engine can comprise an aftertreatment module including an exhaust enclosure with at least one inlet port to receive exhaust gas, an outlet port to output exhaust gas, a first compartment, and a second compartment; a plurality of particulate filters extending in parallel with each other within the exhaust enclosure such that, for each of the particulate filters, an inlet of the particulate filter is in the first compartment and an outlet of the particulate filter is in the second compartment; and at least one radio frequency (RF) sensor set including an RF transmitter assembly and an RF receiver assembly. The RF transmitter assembly can be provided in the first compartment at the inlet of one of the particulate filters, and the RF receiver assembly can be provided at the outlet of said one particulate filter.
