DUST EXTRACTION UNIT
A dust extraction unit is disclosed including a first and a second air filter removable and mountable within the dust extraction unit and a body defining an air flow path which passes through the first and the second air filters when the first and the second air filters are mounted within the body of the dust extraction unit. The body of the dust extraction unit comprises a first portion operable to receive the first air filter and a second portion operable to receive the second air filter. The first and second portions are connected by a hinge so that the first portion is moveable between a first configuration in which the first and second portion define an air flow path though the dust extraction unit and a second configuration which provides access to the portion of the dust extraction unit operable to receive the second air filter.
COMPOUND FILTER MODULE FOR VEHICLE AIR CLEANER
A compound filter module includes an upper body in which at least one side of an upper portion is opened, an UV irradiation unit which is coupled to a lower portion of the upper body, includes a plurality of UV LEDs, and is configured to perform irradiation of UV from a lower body side, a disk-shaped photocatalyst cartridge which is located below the UV irradiation unit and includes a plurality of photocatalytic beads including a photocatalyst reacting with UV emitted from the UV irradiation unit, a disk-shaped zeolite cartridge which is located below the photocatalyst cartridge and includes a plurality of zeolite beads adsorbs harmful substances from the polluted air sucked through the lower body, and the lower body which is located below the zeolite cartridge and in which at least one side of a lower portion is formed to be opened, in which each of the photocatalyst cartridge and the zeolite cartridge includes at least one through hole which is formed in an up-down direction.
Filter for Purifying an Air Stream
A filter is provided for removing contaminants from a gas flow (e.g., an air flow). Multiple panel filters are arranged in a filter housing. The panel filters are arranged parallel or near-parallel to a main gas flow direction and spaced apart to define elongated gas flow channels between adjacent panel filters, each elongated gas flow channel extending generally in the gas flow direction. The elongated gas flow channels include inlet channel(s) and outlet channel(a) arranged in an alternating manner, the inlet channel(s) configured receiving the gas flow at the inlet end and the outlet channel(s) outputting a filtered gas flow from the outlet end. Gas flow redirecting structures are arranged to redirect the gas flow in each inlet channel through adjacent panel filter(s) and into adjacent outlet channel(s). The filter may provide a pressure drop of less than 3 iwg, less than 1 iwg, or less than 0.3 iwg.
Filtering apparatus
The filtering apparatus includes: a casing having an inlet for a fluid from the outside and an outlet for the fluid having filtered therein; filter elements having opposite-end openings, provided in the casing, and each filtering the fluid by allowing the fluid to flow therethrough in inside-to-outside directions; backwashing pipes sequentially connected to the opposite-end openings at different timings between the opposite-end openings of each filter element so as to backwash the filter element by allowing the fluid to flow therethrough in outside-in directions; removers each axially moved in the corresponding filter element by the filtration or backwashing flow, while sliding in contact with the inner periphery of the filter element so as to remove trapped objects; and a backwashing fluid drain pipe coupled to the discharge side of the backwashing pipes and allowing the trapped objects removed by each remover to be discharged to the outside.
VENTILATION DEVICE FOR FILTERING AIR AND FOR SEPARATING WATER AEROSOLS OUT OF THE AIR
A ventilation device for filtering air and for separating water aerosols from air may include at least one filter element, at least one housing, at least one fan, and at least one flow adapter. The filter element may be secured in the housing such that air is flowable through the housing from an inlet opening of the housing to an outlet opening of the housing in a flow direction. The fan may be secured on the outlet opening downstream of the housing in the flow direction. The flow adapter may be secured on the inlet opening upstream of the housing in the flow direction. A coupling frame may be secured in an airtight manner between the housing and the flow adapter transversely to the flow direction. The filter element may have a circumferential sealing edge that seals the housing around the inlet opening to the coupling frame.
PARTICULATE FILTERS
A vehicular exhaust filter (2) comprising a porous substrate having an inlet face and an outlet face with the porous substrate comprising inlet channels extending from the inlet face and outlet channels extending from the outlet face is disclosed. The inlet channels and the outlet channels are separated by a plurality of filter walls having a porous structure.
The vehicular exhaust filter (2) is loaded with a refractory powder having a tapped density before loading of less than 0.10 g/cm.sup.3 and the vehicular exhaust filter has a mass loading of the refractory powder of less than 10 g/l.
FILTER DEVICE
A negative pressure-side flow path having a negative pressure-side filter and a positive pressure-side flow path having a positive pressure-side filter are connected in parallel between a first port and a second port, and a shuttle valve is installed between the negative pressure-side flow path and the positive pressure-side flow path, and the first port, thus when a negative pressure is supplied to the first port, the first port is caused to communicate with the second port through the negative pressure-side flow path, and when a positive pressure is supplied to the first port, the first port is caused to communicate with the second port through the positive pressure-side flow path.
Reusable air filter
An air filtration system is provided. The air filtration system embodies filtration material supported by a frame, wherein the air filtration system provides two framed filtration materials sandwiching a fabric filter. Such framework may be removably engaged through magnetic forces. The filtration material may hold and/or carry electrostatic forces and/or magnetostatic forces induced through a current from an electrical power source and/or magnetic forces of the magnetics.
