Filter system
A filter system and filters and housing components for use in the filter system are provided. The filter system includes at least one filter received within a housing having a cover and a housing body. The filter includes at least one latch tab engaged by the cover to secure the cover. First and second seals seal the system. The latch tab extends axially beyond a catch of the housing body. A filter system is also provided that includes a pre-cleaner through which fluid moves in a first direction different than a second direction as the fluid flows through the filters thereof. Methods of servicing the filter system are also provided.
Air cleaner
An operation mode of an air cleaner is changed according to the degree of indoor air contamination and an indoor space condition, and one or more filters of the air cleaner can be easily cleaned. The air cleaner includes a housing, an inlet located at a lower part of the housing, a filter assembly, an outlet, and a brush unit. The filter assembly is located above the inlet, and a diameter of the filter assembly is gradually shortened in the direction from an upper part of the filter assembly to a lower part of the filter assembly. The discharge port is located above a second filter assembly. The brush unit is used to eliminate contaminants from an outer surface of the filter assembly.
DUST COLLECTOR HAVING VERTICAL FILTERS AND A FILTER CARRIAGE
A removable filter system and a dust collector with the removable filter system. The dust collector includes a filter carriage movably connected to a carriage base; at least one filter and filter support removably connected to the filter carriage. The filter carriage is movable between at least three positions: in the first position the filter being in an operational location, in the second position the filter being vertically lower but inside the dust collector, and in the third position the filter being outside the dust collector. A method for replacing a filter in the dust collector includes lowering the filter with the filter carriage; translating the filter and carriage out of the dust collector housing; removing the filter from the carriage; placing a replacement filter on the carriage; translating the replacement into the dust collector housing; and raising the filter carriage to lock the replaced filter into an operational location.
A DUST COLLECTOR FOR GASEOUS FLUIDS AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE DUST COLLECTOR
The invention relates to a dust collector for gaseous fluids and to a method for manufacturing the dust collector. The dust collector, used for removing dust from gaseous fluids containing fine dust, is equipped with a periodic cleaning system and comprises one or more filtering assemblies (1) that have filtering elements (2). The filtering elements (2) have a tubular extension and are closed at one end. They are made of a rigid or semirigid filtering material and are kept in contact with each other along a direction parallel to their length; the filtering elements (2) enclose, between them, flow channels (3) open at one end and closed at the end opposite the end at which the filtering elements (2) are closed. The method for manufacturing a filtering assembly (1) of the dust collector comprises the steps of: permanently deforming a sheet of a filtering material so as to obtain a corrugated sheet (8) with a cross-section defined by repetitions of -shaped forms that are connected to each other; coupling two deformed sheets, so as to keep the straight parts of the reshaped forms in contact and to obtain rows of filtering elements (2); connecting the various rows of filtering elements to each other, by placing them in contact along generatrices of the elements facing each other; closing the ends of the filtering elements (2) and of flow channels (3) that are formed between the filtering elements.
MULTI-STAGE HOOD FILTER SYSTEM
A filtration system for a ventilation hood includes a first filter and a second filter, operatively disposed in series. The first filter is configured to be mounted within the ventilation hood, and has an air inlet, an air outlet, and a grease outlet. The second filter includes a filter material with an upstream surface and a downstream surface, an upstream housing element abutting the upstream surface of the filter material, and a downstream housing element abutting the downstream surface of the filter material. The housing elements include openings, and hold the filter material in compression.
Modular spray dryer system
A spray drying system for drying liquid into powder including a plurality of processing towers each including an elongated drying chamber, a spray nozzle assembly at an upper end of the drying chamber and a powder collection chamber at a lower end of the drying chamber. The powder collection chamber of each processing tower being configured to discharge power to a common conveyor system.
Filter element and filter assembly
A filter element is provided with a support frame provided with a first end disk section and a second end disk section. A folded filter medium is connected to the support frame and arranged between the first end disk section and the second end disk section of the support frame. The first end disk section or the second end disk section has a face facing away from the filter medium. The support frame is provided with a fluid guiding channel that guides, when a fluid flow passes through the filter medium, the fluid along the face facing away from the filter medium. A filter assembly with such a filter element and a filter receptacle in which the filter element is exchangeably arranged is provided.
Compressed Air Pulse Cleaning System Without Blow Tube
A filter device including at least one filter element adapted to filter a raw fluid and having a raw fluid side and a clean fluid side, the filter element having a clean fluid outlet arranged on the clean fluid side and extending in a first plane, at least one clean fluid collecting channel into which the clean fluid outlet opens; at least one compressed-air cleaning-off device adapted to generate a pressure pulse for cleaning-off foreign matter adhering to the filter element and to conduct the same through the clean fluid outlet to the filter element, wherein the compressed-air cleaning-off device is adapted to conduct the pressure pulse at least approximately along the first plane to the clean fluid outlet, wherein the compressed-air cleaning-off device comprises a compressed-air supply channel operationally coupled to a clean fluid collecting channel outlet and adapted to charge the clean fluid collecting channel with pressure pulses.
