VACUUM CLEANER FILTER CARTRIDGE
The present invention relates to the field of machines for cleaning, particularly vacuum cleaning devices. There is disclosed a filter cartridge for a vacuum cleaner comprising first and second opposite end walls, a side wall or walls which extend between the end walls so as to define an enclosure which surrounds a filter interior, wherein one or more of the walls comprises filter membrane material, the cartridge having an opening provided through the first end wall for receiving air-entrained detritus into the interior, the opening being defined by a rigid support structure which spans and supports the first end wall of the cartridge. The cartridge typically includes a non-return valve which closes when suction is removed so as to help prevent collected detritus escaping from the filter cartridge interior. The valve may comprise a conical valve with flexible facets, or a cantilever flap.
FILTER ELEMENT FOR FILTERING A FLUID
A filter element for filtering a fluid passing through the filter element, the filter element having a fluid entry face and a fluid exit face and is provided with a group of first channels and a group of second channels, through which the fluid to be filtered can flow from the respective first channel into the second channel, that is arranged next to it, wherein a through-channel leads through a filter pack from the fluid entry face to the fluid exit face, which through-channel has an opening at the fluid entry face and/or has an opening at the fluid exit face, wherein an element closes the flow of fluid through through-channel, while leaving a volume open inside the through-channel that is at least 10% of the volume that the through-channel would have without the element, or the element allows the flow of fluid through the through-channel and interacts with the flow of fluid through the through-channel and/or the sidewalls of the through-channel deviate at least in some areas from a cylindrical wall in order to thereby create an element that interacts with a flow of fluid through the through-channel.
REUSABLE EXOSKELETON FRAME WITH U-SHAPED LOCKING MEMBERS AND ECO-FRIENDLY AIR FILTER ELEMENT
A replaceable air filter element has a multilayer filter medium panel configured for mounting on a reusable exoskeleton support frame. The exoskeleton support frame is installable on a flow face of the filter medium panel and is provided with U-shaped locking members configured to detachably engage with and mount the filter medium panel. The exoskeleton support frame is configured to be reused such that only the filter medium panel is replaced, thereby reducing the environmental waste and making for a “green” eco-friendly air filter element.
Cover Rigidity Reinforcement Member of Air Cleaner and Air Cleaner Including the Same
An air cleaner includes an intake filter seated on an air cleaner body, an air cleaner cover spaced apart from the intake filter and coupled to the air cleaner body, and a cover rigidity reinforcement member detachably coupled to the intake filter and configured to restrict displacement toward the intake filter. The intake filter includes a non-woven fabric configured to filter foreign matters of introduced outside air, and a filter frame surrounding and fixing a circumference of the non-woven fabric.
FILTER SEAL ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEM
The technology disclosed herein relates to, in part, a filter assembly. Filter media is arranged about a central media opening, where the filter media has a first end and a second end. The central media opening extends in an axial direction from the first end towards the second end. An endcap is coupled to the first end of the filter media. The endcap defines an opening in fluid communication with the central media opening, an inner surface abutting and surrounding the endcap opening, and a perimetric sealing surface about the endcap. A first portion of the perimetric sealing surface projects inwardly towards the endcap opening and a second portion of the perimetric sealing surface projects outwardly from the endcap opening. The first portion and the second portion are in axial alignment, and the perimetric sealing surface forms an oblong loop in a first cross-section orthogonal to the axial direction.
AIR FILTER ARRANGEMENT; ASSEMBLY; AND, METHODS
An air filter media construction or arrangement is disclosed. The air filter media construction or arrangement includes facing media secured to fluted media. A preferred projection/receiver arrangement is described. Also, a useful seal arrangement is described. Air cleaner assemblies, methods of assembly and use are also provided.
Filter cartridge assemblies
A filter cartridge for surgical gas delivery systems includes a filter housing configured to be seated in a filter cartridge interface of a surgical gas delivery system. A first filter element is seated in a first end portion of the filter housing. A second filter element is seated in a second end portion of the filter housing opposite the first end portion. A third filter element is seated in the filter housing between the first and second filter elements. The third filter element can include an activated carbon material, such as an activated carbon disc.
LOW AIR LEAKAGE, SECURE CLEAN ROOM WITH REDUCED CONTAMINATION AND SECURE CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
A clean room supporting multiple air filter elements within a frame having multiple tracks to support extensions on individual edges of the air filter elements. Within the multiple tracks are a tape of elastic ultralow density polytetrafluoroethylene polymer having a specific density of always less than 1.0, preferably less than 0.8 and most preferred as greater than 0.25 and less than 0.6 positioned along the length of the tracks.
Curved Seal on Filter Element and Protective Seal Mold
A filter seal member mold includes a first mold end and a second mold end disposed axially away from the first mold end. A first mold surface is disposed between the first mold end and the second mold end and includes at least one lobe mold and at least one guide channel mold. The at least one lobe mold is configured to form at least one lobe on an end of a filter element. The at least one guide channel mold is configured to form at least one guide channel on the end of the filter element. A second mold surface is disposed between the first and second mold end and disposed radially away from the first mold surface. A mold channel is formed between a first mold surface and a second mold surface. The mold channel includes a closed portion and an open portion adjacent the second mold end.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FILTERING CONTAMINATED AIR
In accordance with certain techniques for filtering contaminated air, the air is sucked through at least one filter element, which is exchangeably held in a filter-holding device of an air duct system. In order to enable continuous filtering without process interruption, a plurality of filter elements is stored in the filter-holding device in such a way that, when one of the filter elements is removed, the soiled filter element is automatically replaced in the air duct system. For this purpose, the filter-holding device has a plurality of filter chambers, which are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the event of an exchange, the filter element can be slidingly guided from one of the filter chambers into another filter chamber.
