DUST MITIGATION SYSTEM
A dust mitigation system for a mobile sweeper, the dust mitigation system including a cover to at least partially cover one or more brushes of the mobile sweeper, a dust collector including at least one fan and one or more filters, and at least one duct fluidly connecting the cover with the dust collector.
Cover rigidity reinforcement member of air cleaner and air cleaner including the same
An air cleaner includes an intake filter seated on an air cleaner body, an air cleaner cover spaced apart from the intake filter and coupled to the air cleaner body, and a cover rigidity reinforcement member detachably coupled to the intake filter and configured to restrict displacement toward the intake filter. The intake filter includes a non-woven fabric configured to filter foreign matters of introduced outside air, and a filter frame surrounding and fixing a circumference of the non-woven fabric.
Filter
A filter is disclosed. The filter includes a sheet of filter media defining a body having an upper portion, a lower portion, a first end surface proximate the upper portion, a second end surface proximate the lower portion, and a first side surface extending between the first and second end surfaces. One or more of the upper and lower portions define a ledge, wherein the ledge defines a third end surface arranged between the first and second end surfaces, and a second side surface extending between the first and third end surfaces; and a seal disposed upon the ledge. A method for manufacturing the seal is also disclosed.
CLEANER
A cleaner including a cyclone dust collector and a filter has a shortened total length. The cleaner includes a main unit including a suction port, a cyclone unit including a cyclone dust collector having an outlet and a cylinder located rearward from the outlet and having an opening larger than the outlet, and a filter located frontward from the suction port and covering the opening.
VENTILATION COMPONENT
A ventilation component (1a) includes a supporting portion (10), a gas-permeable membrane (20), and a sealing member (30). The supporting portion (10) has a ventilation path (12) and an annular surface (14). When the ventilation component (1a) is attached to a housing (2), the ventilation path (12) extends in a direction perpendicular to an opening plane of an opening (2a), and extends through the supporting portion (10). The annular surface (14) faces an outer surface (2e) of the housing (2), and surrounds the ventilation path (12) in plan view. The gas-permeable membrane (20) closes the ventilation path (12) in a ventilatable manner. The gas-permeable membrane (20) allows a gas to pass therethrough in a thickness direction of the gas-permeable membrane (20). The sealing member (30) is sandwiched between the outer surface (2e) of the housing (2) and the annular surface (14) to seal a gap between the outer surface (2e) of the housing (2) and the annular surface (14). The sealing member (30) includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, an adhesive, and a cured product of an adhesive.
METHOD FOR MOLDING A SEALING DEVICE ONTO AN END FOLD OF A BELLOWS, CASTING SHELL ASSEMBLY AND FILTER ELEMENT
In a method for molding a sealing device onto an end fold of a pleated bellows, wherein the end fold comprises an outer side and an inner side, the pleated bellows arranged in a casting shell assembly is embedded in a curable sealing material, limited at a rim of the pleated bellows by a casting chamber formed by the casting shell assembly. Expansion of the curable sealing material is reduced or prevented by a limitation element contacting the inner side of the end fold. A casting shell assembly has top and bottom casting shell parts forming a casting chamber to mold a sealing device onto the end fold of the pleated bellows by a sealing material. The bottom casting shell part has a channel for receiving the sealing material. The channel has an upwardly projecting limitation element for engaging an inner side of the end fold.
FILTER ELEMENT AND FILTER SYSTEM
A filter element for filtering a fluid is provided with at least one filter bellows with a first areal inflow surface for a first fluid flow of the fluid and at least one second inflow surface for a second fluid flow of the fluid separate from the first fluid flow of the fluid. The at least one second inflow surface is separate from the first areal inflow surface. A flow channel section for the second fluid flow of the fluid is provided. At least one compensation element is arranged in the flow channel section for the second fluid flow of the fluid at a raw side of the filter element. A filter system with a filter housing is provided with such a filter element arranged exchangeably in the filter housing.
Regulated vacuum off-gassing of gas filter for fluid processing system and related methods
A method for filtering a gas includes delivering a gas into a compartment of a gas filter assembly; applying a partial vacuum to the gas filter assembly so that the partial vacuum assists in drawing the gas through a porous filter body of the gas filter assembly that is at least partially disposed within the compartment of the gas filter assembly; and regulating the application of the partial vacuum based on a pressure reading of the gas upstream or downstream of the gas filter assembly.
Air cleaner assemblies
A filter cartridge configured to be removably positionable within an inner opening of a housing, wherein the filter cartridge includes a media pack having an inlet end, an outlet end, and an outer surface having an outer peripheral shape, at least one of: (a) a frame member at least partially surrounding the media pack, the frame member including a frame wall having a shape that is different from the outer perimeter shape of the media pack; and (b) a shell at least partially surrounding the media pack, the shell including a shell wall having a shape that is different from the outer perimeter shape of the media pack, and a sealing member extending at least partially around the inlet end of the media pack, wherein the sealing member connects the media pack to at least one of the frame member and the shell.
Gaskets and diaphragms for filtration systems
Specialized dust collection systems are provided that include a pulsed air system; at least one diaphragm valve assembly, which functions as the pulsed air valve; and a controller for controlling the diaphragm valve assembly and pulsed distribution of the pressurized air. The diaphragm valve assembly may be controlled by the controller and is operable to selectively deliver pressurized air to the air distribution assembly in short pulses or bursts. The disclosed diaphragm valve assembly can be utilized to improve the functionality of the pulsed air system and the dust collection system.
