SiOx FILTRATION UNIT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SiOx FILTRATION UNIT
There is provided a Czochralski puller installation for Si monocrystalline ingot growth, including: a Czochralski puller; a SiOx dust filter system; and a vacuum pump connected downstream of said SiOx dust filter system, the SiOx dust filter system including at least a first filtration branch having a first SiOx filter unit, and at least a second filtration branch having a second SiOx filter unit, the first filtration branch and the second filtration branch being disposed in parallel and connected to a common first connection point upstream of first and second upstream valves and to a common second connection point downstream of first and second downstream valves, the first and the second filtration branches being connected through a bypass branch having a needle valve for pressure equilibration between the first and the second filtration branches.
System and method for backflushing a vacuum filter
A vacuum filter backflushing system having an air recapturing adapter coupled to a vacuum motor's air exhaust port which recaptures a portion of exhaust air and introduces the air into a recaptured air passage. The recaptured air passage is coupled to an air flow director which is configured to direct air to an air filter. The air flow director is configured to selectively prevent air from flowing through the filters in a normal air flow direction and allow the air in the recaptured air passage to backflush the filter by dislodging particles from air filter media. The recaptured air passage can terminate after a last air filter, such that the recaptured air passage is pressurized, or the recaptured air passage can recouple back into the air exhaust port or the air recapturing adapter, such that the air is in constant motion in the recaptured air passage.
Filter element having inner support and methods
A filter element includes a construction of pleated filter media defining an interior volume. First and second opposite end caps are secured to opposite ends of the filter media. A support structure supports the filter media and is operably oriented in the interior volume. The support structure extends from the first opposing interior face to the second opposing interior face. The support structure is provided to extend less than a full extension between the first end cap and second end cap.
AIR FILTERING SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURE
An air filtering system for an electrical enclosure including at least one filtering element arranged to filter an air flow injected into the inlet of the enclosure by a fan device, the system also including several independent filtering cells Ci, with i ranging from 1 to n and n greater than or equal to 3, each filtering cell Ci having a variable filtering capacity, each filtering cell Ci, with i greater than or equal to 2, is rendered active to filter a part of the air flow when the sum of the filtering capacities of the cells, ranging from C1 to Ci1, drops below a specific threshold.

EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION SYSTEM OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE HAVING TURBOCHARGER
The invention relates to an exhaust gas purification system applied to an internal combustion engine. The engine has a turbocharger including a turbine wheel and a housing for housing the turbine wheel. The housing defines a turbine outlet passage communicating with an exhaust gas discharging part of the turbine wheel. The engine further has an exhaust passage part communicating with an exhaust gas outlet of the turbine outlet passage. The system comprises an exhaust gas purification apparatus disposed in the exhaust passage part at a position adjacent to the exhaust gas outlet of the turbine outlet passage. Further, the apparatus includes an exhaust gas purification member. The member is provided such that its density in a peripheral part of the exhaust passage part is larger than that in a central part of the exhaust passage part and a flow passage resistance per unit volume of the member at an area of the central part of the exhaust passage part is smaller than that at an area of the peripheral part of the exhaust passage part.
Gas filter separator filter cartridge with keys and/or baffle
A filter system comprises a pressure vessel housing with internal components designed to remove solid particles, semi-solid particles, and liquid droplets from a gas phase media. The filter housing utilizes multiple replaceable filter cartridges. The system includes a keyed filter coalescer cartridge designed to flow from the inside open area of the cartridge to the outside annular area of the housing prior to leaving the system through an outlet nozzle. The key is designed to locate a baffle of the filter cartridge inlet side end cap in a certain orientation as to provide enhanced liquid removal performance for the system. The baffle may also serve as a handle.
