DRAWER ASSEMBLY FOR REFRIGERATOR

Provided is a drawer assembly for a refrigerator. The drawer assembly comprises: a drawer body, wherein the drawer body comprises a bottom wall, a front end wall and a rear end wall which are arranged opposite each other in a drawing-in or drawing-out direction, and a first side wall and a second side wall respectively arranged at two sides of the front end wall and the rear end wall, such that an accommodation cavity for placing an article is defined; and a slidable partition plate mechanism configured to slide in the left and the right direction of the drawer body. The middle parts of top ends of the first side wall and the second side wall are respectively provided with a recess for providing clearance when the slidable partition plate mechanism is controlled to slide to the first side wall or to the second side wall, such that the slidable partition plate mechanism is attached to the first side wall or to the second side wall as much as possible. The drawer assembly can provide a storage space in a maximized manner.

The frame comprises a plurality of mounting portions (20, 30), to each of which at least one of a primary rail (40) and a secondary rail (50) is removably mountable to form lanes of different widths. Each lane includes a primary rail on one side and a secondary rail on the other side for supporting and guiding at least one item (60) in the lane, and the primary rails each comprise at least one sensor (700) for sensing the item (60) in the lane.

Shelving system

A shelf system (1) comprises: a frame (5) for forming at least one shelf (70), and a plurality of primary and secondary rails (40, 50). The frame comprises a plurality of mounting portions (20, 30), to each of which at least one of a primary rail (40) and a secondary rail (50) is removably mountable to form lanes of different widths. Each lane includes a primary rail on one side and a secondary rail on the other side for supporting and guiding at least one item (60) in the lane, and the primary rails each comprise at least one sensor (700) for sensing the item (60) in the lane.

The cooperating member includes a base defining an upper surface extending from a first end to a second end. The base includes (i) a first base section received within the channel and defining a first portion of the upper surface at the first end of the base and (ii) a second base section defining a second portion of the upper surface and extending from the rail in an opposite direction than the first base section. An engagement mechanism is received within each of the first base section and the channel and includes a resilient member operable to selectively bias the base into an engaged state with the rail.

A merchandising system includes a rail and a cooperating member. The rail defines a channel. The cooperating member includes a base defining an upper surface extending from a first end to a second end. The base includes (i) a first base section received within the channel and defining a first portion of the upper surface at the first end of the base and (ii) a second base section defining a second portion of the upper surface and extending from the rail in an opposite direction than the first base section. An engagement mechanism is received within each of the first base section and the channel and includes a resilient member operable to selectively bias the base into an engaged state with the rail.
