Product management display system with trackless pusher mechanism
A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and/or a cam.
Adjustable-width pusher tray assembly
A product display merchandiser includes a tray having a product-supporting surface; a base plate situated below the tray; and a sidewall subassembly coupled to the tray and the base plate. The sidewall subassembly has a first sidewall adjacent a first lateral side of the tray and a second sidewall adjacent a second lateral side of the tray. Each of the first and second sidewalls has a vertical portion and a horizontally projecting tab. A portion of the horizontally projecting tab of the first sidewall slidably interfaces with a portion of the horizontally projecting tab of the second sidewall such that the vertical portions of the first and second sidewalls are laterally adjustable relative to one another and the base plate.

RETAIL MERCHANDISE TRAY
A retail merchandise tray is provided. The retail merchandise tray includes a frame for supporting retail merchandise, a pusher that slides along the frame, and at least one movable divider assembly adjustable positionable relative to the frame, the divider assembly including a movable baffle plate extension.

ROLLER RACK ASSEMBLY
A roller rack assembly for storing and displaying one or more products, the roller rack assembly including a support tray and a roller track assembly disposed on the support tray. The roller track assembly includes at least one roller track, a front end cap attached to a front end of the roller track, and a rear end cap attached to a rear end of the roller track. A plurality of cylindrical rollers are mounted to the roller track and arranged parallel to one another, with lateral sides perpendicular to a rotational axis. Each roller has an axle extending out of each lateral side. Each axle is mounted to a side wall of the roller track. A pusher mechanism is provided that includes a pusher back located above the roller track and a spring mechanism biasing the pusher back toward the front end of the roller track.
Divider System and Clip for Use Therein
A clip for installing a divider into a compartment includes a mounting segment and a divider support segment adjoined to the mounting segment. The mounting segment is receivable into a mounting opening in a wall or a divider to secure the clip into it. The mounting segment has an axial length along a central axis of extension and a peripheral profile over the axial length. The divider support segment defines a linear slot adapted to slidably receive and support a positionable divider therein. The peripheral profile of the mounting segment is shaped such that, when a pair of the clips having respective mounting segments which are identical are each coaxially inserted into opposing sides of a mounting opening, the peripheral profile of one of the mounting segments does not interfere with that of another one of the mounting segments with their respective axial lengths being axially overlappable with one another.
Retail merchandise tray with mounting, spacing, and locating
The retail merchandise tray has a load bearing member formed from a rail attached to a mounting plate. The mounting plate and rail form a downward opening notch for mounting to a tray support structure. The tray may have a locating flange that carries a locating pin that engages a tray support structure. The locating pin locates the tray along the tray support structure. The tray may have at least one divider assembly. The divider assembly includes outward extending offset projections that can prevent an adjacent tray from contacting the divider wall.
Product management display system
A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes a divider secured to a support structure and a barrier that is moveable by rotation between a folded position and an upright position without a rotation biasing element. A product positioned in the system can contact the barrier when the product moves toward the forward end of the system and rotate the barrier from the folded position to the upright position. The system may include a rotational mounting structure to which the moveable barrier is connected. The rotational mounting structure may be removably connected to the forward end of the divider. The merchandise display system may be used in conjunction with a product tray which provides for product stored in the product tray to be slid from in the product tray into the product pocket of the merchandise display system.
