The present invention is directed to a liposomal formulation having a lipid ingredient encapsulating fluticasone furoate, and a method for preparing the liposomal formulation. The liposome formulation comprises a lipid and a sterol. The method of preparing the liposomes comprises the steps of (1) mixing fluticasone furoate with lipid ingredients comprising a lipid and a sterol, (2) injecting the mixture into normal saline solution, and (3) ultrafiltering and concentrating the resulting solution. This preparation method can produce a liposome formulation having desirable properties and compositions, for example, the ratio of the lipid ingredient, the drug to lipid ratio, and the pH value, which is suitable for nebulization inhalation.
INTEGRATED COMPOSITE OVERLOAD INJECTION SYSTEM AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an integrated composite overload injection system and a working method thereof. The feeding mechanism preliminarily mixes water with a main agent and an auxiliary agent of an intelligent energy-gathered oil-displacing agent according to the ratio, the outlet of the feeding mechanism is communicated with the input port of the composite overload mechanism through a pipeline, the composite overload mechanism stirs, mixes, dissolves and overload ripens the preliminarily mixed solution to form mother solution, the mother solution is input from the output port of the composite overload mechanism to the inlet of the booster pump through a pipeline, the booster pump injects the boosted mother solution into the mixer, the mixer mixes the mother solution and the diluted high-pressure water and injects it into an oil-water well, and the power shafts of the composite overload mechanism and the booster pump are both driven by the driving mechanism.
PROCESS FOR CONTINUOUS DISSOLUTION OF A SOLID IN A REACTION MEDIUM
A process for continuous dissolution of a solid in a reaction medium includes: (a) providing a liquid by withdrawal of a portion of the reaction medium from a first reaction vessel; (b) contacting the liquid provided in (a) with the solid in a second reaction vessel to form a solution of the solid; and (c) recycling the solution formed in step b) into the first reaction vessel. The solid in the second reaction vessel is present in the form of a fixed bed which is traversed by the liquid.

Systems and methods for gas disposal
A method for controlling the saturation level of gas in a liquid discharge includes obtaining temperature and pressure measurements of a solvent in a mixing vessel and obtaining a pressure measurement of a source feedstock in a feedstock tank, correlating the temperature and pressure measurements of the solvent to baseline data to generate a theoretical uptake rate for the source feedstock into the solvent and a theoretical flow rate of the source feedstock into the mixing vessel, and determining a required opening setting for a feedstock valve in the feedstock input line in order to achieve a desired liquid displacement in the mixing vessel. The method includes determining an uptake duration and achieving an uptake displacement equivalent to the reverse of the desired liquid displacement. The method includes generating a valve operating control law for how the feedstock valve should function in a cycle.
METHANOL-MEDIATED METHOD FOR SEPARATING ALKALINE SOLUTION OF HEMICELLULOSE AND ETHANOL-MEDIATED METHOD FOR SEPARATING ALKALINE SOLUTION OF HEMICELLULOSE
The present invention discloses a methanol-mediated method for separating an alkaline solution of hemicellulose, and an ethanol-mediated method for separating an alkaline solution of hemicellulose, where methanol/ethanol is added into the alkaline solution in which hemicellulose is dissolved, and stirred thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous, to destroy the hydrated layer effect formed between the hemicellulose and the alkaline solution through the methanol/ethanol-mediated hydrophobic effect, such that hemicellulose is precipitated from the solution system, and then the mixture is subjected to separation by sedimentation, centrifugation or filtration to obtain a precipitate of hemicellulose and an alkaline solution of methanol/ethanol; and by using the prompting effect of an alkaline condition on evaporation and gasification separation of methanol/ethanol from water, a reduced-pressure distillation (rectification) or gasification membrane is used to separate methanol/ethanol from the alkaline solution, and the obtained alkaline solution and methanol/ethanol are reused for dissolution and separation of hemicellulose. By the complete reuse of the alkaline solution and methanol/ethanol in the method of the present invention, it achieves efficient, clean and economical production of alkaline dissolution and separation of hemicellulose, and the separation and recovery efficiency of the hemicellulose dissolved in the alkaline exceeds 99%.
