Loop dissolution system
A loop dissolution system specifically suited for dissolving uranium compounds in an acidic bath that continually circulates the acid over the uranium compound to be dissolved. The dissolution system includes an upper material feed dissolution plate on which the material to be dissolved is fed, a lower mixing and dissolution ring and a drop pipe system connecting and establishing fluid communication between the upper material feed dissolution plate and the lower mixing and dissolution ring. A pump for circulating the acidic fluid has an intake from the lower mixing and dissolution ring and an outlet that directs a first portion of a fluid to the upper material feed dissolution plate and a second portion of the fluid back into the lower mixing and dissolution ring to circulate the material suspended in the fluid within the lower mixing and dissolution ring to promote turbulence and facilitate dissolution.
TURBULENT FLOW MIXING BAG AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
The disclosed bag for mixing materials may include a front wall, a back wall, a mixing chamber between the front wall and the back wall, a first sidewall between the front wall and the back wall and defining a first side of the mixing chamber, a second sidewall between the front wall and the back wall defining a second, opposite side of the mixing chamber, and a port positioned to provide fluid access to the mixing chamber from a bottom of the mixing chamber, wherein the first sidewall and the second sidewall are shaped to alternate a direction of fluid flow when fluid is introduced into the mixing chamber through the port. Various other components, systems, and methods are also disclosed.
Systems and methods for gas disposal
A discharge system includes a mixing vessel and a feedstock input in fluid communication with the mixing vessel. A solvent input is in fluid communication with the mixing vessel. A discharge output is in fluid communication with an outlet of the mixing vessel to discharge effluent. A method for generating turbulence on a liquid surface within a discharge system includes supplying a mixing vessel with feedstock fluid and solvent fluid to generate a liquid mixture and a gas pocket in the mixing vessel. The method includes supplying an impinging solvent fluid through a nozzle extending from a first end of the mixing vessel to generate a roiling surface at an interface between the gas pocket and the liquid mixture and permit uptake of gas from the gas pocket into the liquid mixture.
WASHING POWDER FEEDING DEVICE AND FEEDING METHOD THEREOF
A washing powder feeding device includes a frame, a water pipe, a powder feeding mechanism and a vortex tube body respectively assembled on the frame. The vortex tube body is defined with a first cylindrical cavity, an intermediate truncated cone cavity and a second cylindrical cavity from top to bottom, the first cylindrical cavity has a larger diameter than the second cylindrical cavity, a water inlet is formed on a side wall of the vortex tube body and communicated with and tangent to the first cylindrical cavity, the water pipe is communicated with the water inlet, and the powder feeding mechanism is configured to feed washing powder into the first cylindrical cavity. The device can effectively prevent the dissolved washing powder from adhering onto the pipeline to cause clogging of the pipeline, thereby ensuring the washing reliability.
System and method for dissolving detergent tablets or granulate
The present invention relates to a system for dissolving at least one detergent tablet or detergent granulate in water and thereby creating a detergent liquid, said system comprising a chamber (103) for dissolving said tablets or granulate, wherein said chamber comprises an opening (105) for receiving said detergent tablet and said water and a detergent liquid outlet (135, 137). The chamber further comprises an inner colander (125) for positioning said at least one tablet or detergent granulate. Thereby, a very efficient dissolving process can be performed, and a uniform detergent liquid is obtained. By positioning the tablets or granulate inside the colander, it is ensured that all sides of the tablet are in contact with the liquid in the chamber.
Systems and methods for storing and dispensing detergents
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a detergent dispenser device and methods of systems related thereto. Dispensers of the present disclosure comprise a container with side walls, a base, and a lid. The dispensers and methods of use described herein are operable to store and contain a cleaning agent, allow fluid to be applied to the agent to create a cleaning solution, and further facilitate drying and fluid management.
PORTABLE SOLID PRODUCT DISPENSER
A portable dispensing system for dispensing a solution of a fluid and a solid product includes a fluid line, a dispenser, and a cartridge. The fluid line includes a first and second fluid line ends and a fluid source connection at the first fluid line end. The dispenser is at the second fluid line end. The dispenser includes a body and a fluid outlet. The cartridge houses the solid product and includes a fluid inlet and a solution outlet. The cartridge is removably connected at the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet of the dispenser. The cartridge is configured to receive fluid from the fluid outlet of the dispenser such that fluid contacts the solid product housed in the cartridge and dissolves at least a portion of the solid product forming the solution. The cartridge is also configured to output the solution at the solution outlet.
