Automated Pesticide Mixing And Dispensing System And Method Of Use
A system and method for mixing and dispensing one or more pesticides includes a plurality of pesticide containers (5) for containing pesticide and at least one dosing device (7) associated with the pesticides containers and adapted to dose pesticide from the pesticide containers. A mixing device (9) receives pesticide from the dosing device and mixes the pesticide to form at least one of a pesticide solution and a pesticide mixture. A computer device (21) includes a processor and is adapted to receive an input from a user and based on that input operate the dosing device to dose a quantity of pesticide from one or more of the pesticide containers.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING BRINE, AND RELATED MIXING TANK
A method of providing a salt solution at a wellbore site includes delivering solid salt in a mixing tank containing water from a local source and pumping the water through nozzles in the mixing tank using a pump adjacent to the mixing tank to circulate the water in the mixing tank and form a concentrated brine by dissolving the solid salt in the water. The concentrated brine is transferred from the mixing tank to a reservoir using the pump, and the concentrated brine is diluted with additional water from the local source to form a dilute brine. A related mixing tank and a system including the mixing tank and a vehicle structured and configured for travel over a roadway and within an oilfield site.
Salt brine production system
A brine maker including a hopper having an open upper end and an open lower end with the hopper being configured to receive salt therein. A solids screen is positioned at the lower end of the hopper. A receiving tank having an open upper end is positioned below the solids screen. An overflow tube is positioned in the hopper and has an upper end positioned below the upper end of the hopper. When the level of salt brine reaches the upper end of the overflow tube, the salt brine will overflow into the overflow tube and will pass downward therethrough the solids screen and into the receiving tank. The invention includes a second embodiment wherein an overflow panel with an upper end is positioned in the hopper thereby creating a passageway into which brine overflow may pass thereinto and pass through the solids screen into the receiving tank.
DISSOLVING AND DISPENSING UNIT, DISSOLVING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM, AND DISSOLVING AND DISPENSING METHOD
A dissolving and mixing unit for automatically dissolving and mixing medicines includes: a support; a dissolving and mixing device mounted on the support and including two piercer bases and at least one dissolving and mixing channel, wherein each dissolving and mixing channel includes two piercers and an elastic infusion hose connecting the two piercers, and the two piercers of each dissolving and mixing channel are mounted on the two piercer bases respectively; a peristaltic pump mounted on the support and configured to squeeze the elastic infusion hose; first and second bottle-containing modules mounted on the support and configured to hold first and second medicine containers respectively; and a movement mechanism configured to drive at least one of the first bottle-containing module and one piercer base to move, and configured to drive at least one of the second bottle-containing module and the other piercer base to move.
Methods of making medical solutions and related systems
This disclosure relates to making medical solutions. In certain aspects, a method is performed by a data processing apparatus. The method includes introducing liquid into a container that contains a dissolvable solid concentrate in a manner so that a layer of solution above the solid concentrate is maintained at a depth that allows the liquid introduced into the container to agitate the solution adjacent to the solid concentrate to cause mixing of the solid concentrate with the solution.
Acid mixing system
A system for mixing a liquid with a powder into a solution batch includes a hopper (20) into which said powder is deposited, the hopper (20) having a powder outlet (22) therein. A mix tank (60) is also provided having a liquid supply inlet (62), a recirculation inlet (64), and a solution outlet (66). A mix pump (40) that is in fluid communication with the solution outlet (66), the powder outlet (22), and the recirculation inlet (64) operates to mix and transfer the solution.
Apparatus, systems and methods for on site mixing
The disclosed apparatus, systems and methods relate to devices, systems and methods for mixing particulate matter such as salt with moisture. In various implementations, the mixer is transportable. In various implementations the mixer comprises a hopper, at least one auger, and a mixing housing. Various implementations, additionally include at least one liquid tank.
Method, facility and tank for the manufacture of a liquid acid concentrate used for hemodialysis machines
A water source, an acid source, an electrolyte tank containing a mixture of electrolytes in exactly the quantity needed for the manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate, and a sodium chloride source are connected to a mixing tank. A quantity of water needed for the manufacture of the batch of liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. A quantity of acid needed for manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank, the solution is stirred until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Part of the solution contained in the mixing tank is transferred into the electrolyte tank, then the solution contained in the electrolyte tank is transferred into the mixing tank. A quantity of sodium chloride needed to manufacture the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. The solution is stirred and recirculated until a homogeneous liquid acid concentrate is obtained.
SYSTEM FOR DISSOLVING SOLID CHEMICALS AND GENERATING LIQUID SOLUTIONS
A system for dissolving solid chemical may include three reservoirs positioned in a vertically stacked arrangement. A solid chemical reservoir configured to receive solid chemical to be dissolved may be nested in a solution generator reservoir into which water is introduced to erode the solid chemical. A dissolved chemical reservoir can be positioned under the solid chemical reservoir and the solution generator reservoir. The dissolved chemical reservoir can store solution generated using the system. In some examples, a recirculation circuit is used to recirculate water introduced into the solution generator reservoir until a solution having a target concentration of the chemical being dissolved is achieved. The recirculation circuit may include a recirculation line having an outlet aimed at the bottom wall of the solid chemical reservoir.
Solution making system and method
A solution making system and apparatus are described. The solution maker mixes a chemical or slurry with a solvent to a desired concentration. The concentration of the solution is monitored by one or more methods. Based upon this measurement, the concentration of the solution may be adjusted.
