When a cosmetic material is stored for several months, even in the case where hydrogen is contained in the cosmetic material at the beginning, hydrogen is gradually effervesced from the cosmetic material and after a certain time period has passed, the anti-oxidant effect cannot be maintained. Therefore, to solve this problem, a hydrogen-enriched cosmetic material container has hydrogen encapsulated in a bag formed of a hydrogen permeable sheet; then placing the hydrogen bag together with a liquid cosmetic material into a soft case formed of a flexible and hydrogen impermeable sheet, and then connecting a manually operable pump member for dispensing the liquid cosmetic material in the soft case through an opening of the soft case in an airtight manner.

OXIDATION REACTOR AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR OXIDE

Provided is an oxidation reactor capable of oxidizing hydrocarbons with both good reaction efficiency and good energy efficiency. This oxidation reactor includes a liquid inlet channel, a gas inlet channel, a gas-liquid mixing unit, and a flow reactor. Through the liquid inlet channel, a liquid containing a reaction substrate hydrocarbon is introduced. Through the gas inlet channel, a gas containing oxygen and ozone is introduced. The gas-liquid mixing unit mixes the liquid introduced from the liquid inlet channel with the gas introduced from the gas inlet channel. In the flow reactor, an oxidation catalyst is immobilized or packed. In the oxidation reactor, the flow reactor includes a monolith support and the oxidation catalyst immobilized to or packed in the monolith support. In addition or alternatively, the gas-liquid mixing unit includes a microbubble generator.

A system for generating an aqueous ozone solution employs a mixing assembly disposed within an auxiliary compartment coupled to an external sidewall of an ozone supply unit enclosure. The mixing assembly includes a first flow path for water to flow through and a second flow path in parallel with the first flow path. The first flow path includes one or more ozone intake ports that are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of the ozone supply unit enclosure. The second flow path includes a control valve that selectively permits a portion of the water to flow through the second flow path to produce a negative pressure in the first flow path so that ozone is drawn into the first flow path through the one or more ozone intake ports and mixed into the water flowing through the first flow path to produce an aqueous ozone solution.
