APPARATUS FOR INJECTION OF A POWDER REAGENT INTO THE FLOW OF A PETROLEUM PRODUCT AND PLANT FOR TRANSPORTATION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
The invention relates to the field of mixing plants, in particular, to devices for mixing a powder reagent with a flow of a liquid medium. The specified technical result is produced due to the development of an apparatus for injection of a powder reagent into the flow of a petroleum product, which comprises: a cylindrical mixing chamber, an inlet for feeding a powder reagent, an outlet to remove the powder reagent mixed with the petroleum product; a powder reagent introducer with an outlet connected to the inlet of the mixing chamber through a flow restriction device; a pump for feeding the mixture from the mixing chamber to the oil pipeline, in which the specified at least one inlet for feeding petroleum products are tangential, an inlet for feeding the reagent and the outlet to remove the mixture are axial.
Multi chamber mixing manifold
One or more embodiments relate to systems and methods for mixing of two or more fluids using a multi-chamber manifold. One or more embodiments relate to optimal mixing.

Dispersion method and dispersion apparatus for material to be processed and method for producing mixed liquid of material to be processed and dispersion medium produced thereby
In order to provide a dispersion method and a dispersion apparatus capable of mixing a material to be processed and a dispersion medium having no affinity with each other using a single apparatus without using a dispersant, there are provided a quantitative supply mechanism quantitatively supplying a material to be processed, a suction stirring mechanism primarily including a suction stirring pump in which the material to be processed and a dispersion medium are subjected to negative pressure suction by a negative pressure suction force generated by rotation of a rotating blade and the suctioned material to be processed and the dispersion medium are stirred and mixed by the rotating blade and are allowed to pass through a throttle passage to cause cavitation, and a plasma generating mechanism generating a plasma in bubbles formed due to cavitation in a mixed liquid of the material to be processed and the dispersion medium.
A CONTINUOUS FLOW REACTOR
A continuous flow reactor without any moving parts to facilitate solid-liquid reaction without clogging is disclosed herein. It comprises plurality of identical cavities in series/sequence, each cavity being provided with: a pair of inlets at the top to allow entry of reactants into the reactor; an outlet at the bottom to allow the reactants to the next cavity for mixing; and a jacket covering around the cavities to provide heating or cooling effect as per the requirement. The outlet of the previous cavity is inclined at a suitable angle relative to the outlet of the next cavity to prevent clogging and facilitate efficient mixing of the reactants.
Method for proppant suspension and suspension parameter optimization based on bubble bridge effect
The present invention discloses a method for proppant suspension and suspension parameter optimization based on bubble bridge effect, comprising: select a proppant and hydrophobically modify its surface to obtain a hydrophobically surface-modified proppant; prepare a bubbly fracturing base fluid; make the first optimization of the base fluids according to the average radius of the proppant and the average radius of the bubbles of the base fluids; optimally select the base fluids selected for the second time according to the interaction energy between the proppant particle and the bubble after the hydrophobically surface-modified proppant mixed with the base fluid; the basic parameters of the bubbly fracturing base fluid selected at the third time were used for the perfect selection for proppant suspension. The present invention establishes a procedure on experimental evaluation and parameter calculation optimization by suspending fracturing proppant with the bubble bridge effect on the hydrophobic surface.
HYDRAULIC FRACTURING BLENDER SYSTEM
A multi-blender system for blending liquid and solid particulates together to prepare a fracturing fluid, the blender system can include a plurality of independently operable blender units each having components that can operate with either blender unit. Each component may be a modular blender component mounted to respective independent frames. The independent frames are configured to be independently removable, replaceable and movable to multiple positions in the blender system. In some aspects the multi-blender system can operate at different sand concentrations, instantaneously adjust flow rate to one or more of the components in either blender unit, provide control redundancy, and may continue to operate despite a failure of one of the major components.
Powder-liquid bone cement mixer with compressed gas connection
A device and method for producing a bone cement paste from a monomer liquid and a cement powder, wherein the device comprises a cartridge with a cylindrical interior chamber for mixing the parent components, whereby the interior chamber of the cartridge is closed on the front side up to a delivery opening for expelling the bone cement paste from the interior chamber, a delivery plunger which is arranged in the interior chamber of the cartridge and which is supported in a linearly movable manner in the direction of the delivery opening, the cement powder, which is arranged in the interior chamber of the cartridge between the delivery opening and the delivery plunger, a monomer receptacle with an interior chamber in which a monomer liquid container containing the monomer liquid is contained, whereby in the monomer receptacle, a conveying plunger is arranged movable in the longitudinal direction of the monomer receptacle, a compressed gas connection, whereby the conveying plunger is arranged between the monomer liquid container and the compressed gas connection or the compressed gas line in the monomer receptacle.
MUD MIXING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A system and method for mud mixing using a container to hold a joint compound and the water. The container having a lid to keep the container shut and preventing the liquids from escaping wherein the container may then be shaken by the user to mix the joint compound with the water. The user then may remove lid and pull on a rod and plate connected to one another at the bottom of holding container. Rod and plate act as a pressure seal, whereby when the rod is pulled all of the mud may be removed from the container and placed into a pan for use.
