The method further includes steps of: cutting a first angled slot through a portion of a longitudinal side of the countertop; cutting a second angled slot through a portion of a preformed straight edge member connected to a base support along a latitudinal side of the countertop; and cutting a connecting cut between the slots to form a cutout section of the countertop. The method also includes a step of adhering at least one preformed angled edge member including the curved edge profile into the cutout section of the countertop to form at least one angled corner, thereby forming a laminate countertop having an edge profile extending around the at least one angled corner.

A preparation table is provided. The preparation table includes a cabinet with a work surface. The work surface includes a perimeter which defines a cavity of the cabinet. Opposing guide structures proximate opposing perimeter walls are configured to support a grate. The grate can be movable or stationary but is configured to support a product or product container while still providing access to the cavity. The product container is movable on the work surface to both rear and forward positions. The cabinet is configured such that excess ingredients fall from the product container, through the grate, and are recaptured within the cavity. The cabinet also includes a transition element which provides support for the product container as it is moved to an adjacent work surface.

A laminated countertop assembly can include a first generally longitudinal slab with a first substrate, where the first substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the first substrate and lamination on an edge side of the first substrate that extends along a first portion of a length of the edge side of the first substrate. The first substrate can also include a first miter cut angled into the first substrate and slots extending into the first substrate for receiving biscuits. The laminated countertop assembly can also include a second generally longitudinal slab with a second substrate, where the second substrate has lamination on a countertop side of the second substrate and lamination on an edge side of the second substrate. The second substrate can also include a second miter cut at a corner of the second substrate and slots extending into the second substrate for receiving the biscuits.

Spacemaker for an under-sink disposal

A spacemaker includes a sheath that defines an interior volume. The interior volume of the sheath is sized such that an under-sink disposal is receivable within the interior volume of the sheath. A plurality of mounting flanges is mounted to the sheath at a top portion of the sheath. The plurality of mounting flanges is configured for engaging a mounting flange of the under-sink disposal. A shelf is mounted to the sheath at a bottom portion of the sheath.

To access any of the drawers the door of the adjacent cabinet is opened and the stack is rolled sideways into borrowed space temporarily made available there. The drawers can then be pulled open. When finished the drawers are closed and the stack rolled back. Unlike existing products, this design's mechanisms permanently occupy very little of the adjacent space, only the top 3. The rest is only borrowed. The flooring of this space is regular kitchen floor. It can be occupied by anything that can be easily moved out temporarily when corner access is needed.
