METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FILLING POTHOLES WITH LIQUID POTHOLE FILLER
A pothole filling method and apparatus with a separate liquid asphalt tank, aggregate hopper, and activator container, and having and using one or more of the following features: 1. Compressed air to deliver the liquid asphalt component from the liquid asphalt tank to the mixing head; 2. A swivel between extender delivery conduits, with an internal sleeve for guiding aggregate and protecting the swivel bearings; 3. A water cleaning system being switchable between a clean out line connected directly to a mixing/delivery unit or to the liquid asphalt delivery line, which cleans the delivery line as well as the mixing/delivery unit; 4. A mixer/delivery unit clean out is provided, wherein the unit is operated at increased speed a short time after the unit stops operating; 5. Compressed air bubbler or an air driven stirrer for mixing the liquid component. 6. A generally vertically oriented funnel shaped activator holder with a generally vertically oriented motorized auger extending to a delivery tube, to deliver activator to a mixing/delivery unit.
Drink Mixing Device
The present invention is a drink mixing device generally characterized as having a ball assembly in wireless communication with a base assembly. The base assembly comprises a casing for storing a first battery, a transmitter that receives power from the first battery, a base assembly wireless coil, a power port receiving for external power and host or peripheral connection, a button located along the casing wherein the button is electronically connected to the transmitter. The ball assembly comprises a casing for storing a second battery, a motor, a ball assembly wireless coil, and a receiver. The motor turns a propeller external to but affixed to the exterior of the ball assembly when the motor is powered and turned on. The propeller is protected by a metal spiral.
SUBMERSIBLE WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR ENCLOSED TANKS
A submersible, water circulation system for enclosed tanks such as used by municipalities, fire districts, and industries. The system includes a driving unit having a shell extending along an axis with a pump supported within the shell. The shell has at least one inlet and at least one outlet and is positionable on the floor of the tank with the outlet facing upwardly. The upwardly facing outlet is preferably a thin, upwardly facing, elongated slot and creates a thin, substantially planar discharge of water therethrough that is directed upwardly toward the surface of the body of water. The substantially planar discharge presents a very large surface area for its volume and induces water adjacent the outside of the shell of the driving unit to move upwardly with it toward the surface of the body of water.
CONTAINER WITH INSPECTION OPENING
The invention relates to a container, in particular a fermenter for a biogas plant, wherein in the container a mixer is arranged that can be removed through an inspection opening provided in a container wall. A boom is provided for this purpose. Furthermore, the invention relates to a related method and a related use.
Gas injection method and apparatus
A method and apparatus for injecting a gas into a liquid in which a rotating helical impeller within a draft tube submerged in the liquid creates a liquid flow within the draft tube. Gas bubbles are injected into the draft tube either above or below or alongside the helical impeller or in all three locations. The liquid is drawn into the draft tube with a superficial velocity greater than a substantially uniform terminal ascent velocity of the gas bubbles to allow entrainment of undissolved gas bubbles in the bulk liquid into the liquid being drawn into the draft tube. The gas bubbles are injected with a uniform diameter of between about 10.0 microns and about 1.0 millimeters. The small bubble size enhances the dissolution of the gas into the liquid and also allow the entrainment of the gas into the liquid being drawn into the draft tube.
AUTOMATED MANURE AGITATION AND TRANSFER
A system and method that automatically transfer liquid manure from an intermediate holding receptacle to a lagoon involves a common pump for both agitating the liquid manure in and pumping the liquid manure from the receptacle. A pump motor, first valve, second valve and directable agitation nozzle of the pump are controlled by an electronic controller. The electronic controller switches on the pump motor, ensures that the first valve is closed and ensures that the second valve is open when the receptacle is full, directs the nozzle to at least two different locations in the receptacle to permit liquid manure to be redirected to the at least two different locations to agitate the liquid manure for a predetermined period of time, and opens the first valve after the predetermined period of time to permit pumping of the liquid manure from the receptacle to the lagoon. The system and method reduce equipment cost, equipment maintenance and the amount of operator time required to perform liquid manure transfer, while providing better agitation and more complete emptying of the receptacle in a shorter period of time.
Method for transportation and agitation of refinery solids waste
A method of transporting solid refinery waste includes loading solid refinery waste into a mobile tank having at least one sloped floor wall and a plurality of compartments separated by at least one buffer. The method may also include maintaining a head space between a top level of the solid refinery waste and a top wall of the mobile tank. The method may also include delivering the mobile tank to a burning facility that maintains a reserve of diluent and that is equipped with an agitator configured for lowering into the mobile tank through a manhole opening, to thereby permit the diluent to be conveyed into the headspace and mixed with the solid refinery waste, thereby enabling a resulting mixture to be off-loaded for burning at the burning facility.
Fluid holding structure fluid circulating system
A fluid holding structure fluid circulating system includes a fluid movement assembly for urging fluid upwardly towards a surface of the fluid holding structure. The fluid movement assembly includes a frame that is positionable on a floor of a fluid holding structure. The frame includes a lower section and an upper section. A motor is mounted to the upper section of the frame and a propeller is mounted on the motor such that the propeller is above the frame. The propeller urges fluid upwardly away from the frame when the motor is turned on to rotate the propeller.
Method of removing and disposing of waste from a refinery ground tank including mixing at least one diluent with reduced-size solids to cause a flowable mixture
A method for disposing of solid refinery waste is disclosed. The method includes removing solid waste constituents from inside a refinery tank using excavating machinery, delumping the solid waste constituents, and conveying the delumped solid waste constituents into a mobile tank. The method further includes transporting the delumped solid waste constituents in the mobile tank to a burning facility, adding at least one diluent, mixing, and pumping from the mobile tank a flowable mixture of refinery waste and the at least one diluent at the burning facility.
GAS INJECTION METHOD AND APPARATUS

Gas bubbles are injected into the draft tube either above or below or alongside the helical impeller or in all three locations. The liquid is drawn into the draft tube with a superficial velocity greater than a substantially uniform terminal ascent velocity of the gas bubbles to allow entrainment of undissolved gas bubbles in the bulk liquid into the liquid being drawn into the draft tube.
