CORNER SHELF
A shelf assembly includes a first shelf unit having a first shelf coupleable to a first vertical support post and a second vertical support post to present a first support surface. A second shelf unit includes a second shelf coupleable to a third vertical support post and a fourth vertical support post to present a second support surface. A third shelf unit includes a third shelf coupleable to a fifth vertical support post and a sixth vertical support post to present a third support surface. A first bridge includes a first support surface and a second bridge includes a second support surface. The first bridge and the second bridge are configured such that in an assembled state of the shelving system a support surface spans an arc of 90 degrees between the first shelf and the second shelf.
DEVICE FOR ROTATIONALLY AND TRANSLATIONALLY MOVING AN OBJECT
A device for rotationally and translationally moving an object comprising a flat storage area relative to a storage area of a support plate arranged plane-parallel to the storage area, wherein: the object can be rotated relative to the support plate in one of two possible opposing rotational directions and can be displaced in a predefined direction; mutually facing bearing surfaces of the storage areas each have closed peripheral raceway grooves in which rolling elements are guided; the raceway grooves are formed such that, when a force is applied to the object in a direction defined in the plane of the storage area, the object can be moved, in a movement which is at least partially forcibly guided and which is simultaneously rotational and translational, from a starting position into an intermediary position, the object being rotated relative to the support plate in one of two possible opposing rotational directions and being displaced in a predefined direction; and the object, after being moved into the intermediary position, can further be rotated relative to the support plate in the one of two possible opposing rotational directions and can be displaced counter to the predefined direction, and, when rotated by 180, resumes the base position.
Shelving Assembly
A shelving assembly for positioning on an outside corner includes a pair of plates and a plurality of panels. Each plate has an inner edge. The inner edges are coupled so that an inner surface of the first plates defines an inner corner. The inner corner is complementary to an outside corner of an element of a structure so that the pair of plates is configured to abut the element. Each panel is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from an outer surface of the pair of plates to define a perimeter of the panel. The panels are configured to position articles of a user.
Furniture element
A shelf or rack includes at least one support plane and having a carcass and a bottom panel. Mutually facing support surfaces of the carcass or a support panel attached to an underside of the carcass and the bottom panel each have at least one groove in which rolling elements are guided. The carcass is movable relative to the bottom panel from a starting position into an intermediate position and further into an open position and back. In the intermediate position, the carcass is rotated in a direction of rotation relative to the bottom panel and is displaced in a predetermined direction. An opening and/or closing mechanism with a force accumulator assisting an opening and/or closing movement of the carcass is arranged on a surface of the bottom panel facing away from the carcass.
FURNITURE ELEMENT
A furniture element, in particular a shelf or shelving unit has at least one storage level, a body, and a bottom plate. Storage surfaces of the body, which face each other, and the bottom plate each have raceways, in which rolling elements are guided. The body is movable relative to the bottom plate from an initial position to an intermediate position and back, wherein, in the intermediate position, the body is rotated relative to the bottom plate in a rotation direction and shifted in a predetermined direction, the raceways of the bottom plate being formed having mirror symmetry to an axis of symmetry extending at an oblique angle relative to a lateral edge of the bottom plate.
FURNITURE ELEMENT AND PIECE OF FURNITURE
A furniture element, in particular a support or shelf having at least one storage level, has a carcass having at least one support surface, and a translational-rotation fitting for allowing a translational-rotational movement of the carcass relative to a carrier plate of the fitting from a starting position into an open position, and back. The carcass can be moved, relative to the carrier plate, out of a starting position, into an intermediate position, and further into an open position, and back. In an intermediate position, the carcass is rotated in a rotational direction and is displaced in a predefined direction; a guide channel that specifies the direction is provided in the carrier plate, in which guide channel a guide carriage is displaceably received. There is at least one self-retraction apparatus coupled to the guide carriage and is situated on a side of the carrier plate facing away from the carcass.
Corner cabinet
A corner cabinet includes a cabinet carcass with a door opening and a corner cabinet door which is mounted on the cabinet carcass so as to swivel between a closed position in which the door opening is closed and an open position allowing access to an interior space of the cabinet carcass. The corner cabinet door is designed as a folding door with two door elements. In the closed position, outer sides of the two door elements pointing away from the interior space enclose an external angle which can be changed when opening the corner cabinet door. A swivel angle limiting device acting between the two door elements is provided through which the swiveling range of the two door elements relative to one another is limited to a maximum external angle .
CORNER CABINET FITTING FOR THE GEARWHEEL-CONTROLLED MOVABLE MOUNTING OF A SHELF IN A CORNER CABINET
A corner cabinet fitting (1) for movably mounting of a shelf (34) in a corner cabinet (37) has a bearing pedestal (7), a supporting arm (8) which is mounted on the bearing pedestal (7) so as to be pivotable in a first pivoting movement about a first vertical pivot axis (9), a shelf carrier (10) which is mounted on the supporting arm (8) so as to be pivotable in a second pivoting movement about a second vertical pivot axis (11), and a coupling mechanism which couples the second pivoting movement to the first pivoting movement. The coupling mechanism comprises a first rolling element (24) and a second rolling elements (22), which roll on one another directly or via a belt or a chain, the first rolling element (24) being coupled to the bearing pedestal (7) and the second rolling element (22) being coupled to the shelf carrier.
Movable cabinets
A Highly Hung Vertically Moveable Cabinet (HHVMC) comprising a cabinet having a bottom and a top essentially parallel thereto; and an electrical motion system configured to allow movement of the cabinet to a predetermined distance of at least 500 mm in a first direction and in a second opposite direction. Both first direction and second direction being essentially normal to the cabinet bottom and top, and switches electrically coupled to the motion system, wired to allow selection of the movement in the first or second direction.
Joist Mounted Container
A container is described herein that is configured to be mounted between joists in a substrate of a structure, such as a floor, wall, or ceiling. The container includes a body portion sized to be disposed between the joists and a lid to cover an opening to the body. The lid can further be configured to be coplanar with a covering material of the substrate so that the container does not project outwardly from the substrate.
