Articulating constricting clamp
The invention is a Clamp system that is able to rotate and swivel on a base allowing it to self-align itself to the part being secured. When the clamp is tightened to the part it is securing, the base, clamp and part all become rigid and unable to swivel or rotate.
Concealed Firearm Storage System
This present invention relates to a firearm storage system comprised of a headboard cabinet for concealing firearms, ammunition and other items of value. Portions of the firearm storage system are quickly and securely repositionable between a concealed position and an open position, thereby giving the user quick access to his or her firearms in a time of need. More specifically, the secure headboard or cabinet includes an electronic lift that may be controlled by a wireless activator that raises a concealed portion of the cabinet upwards, thereby revealing the drawers or cabinets containing the firearms.
Gun lock for a rail riser
A gun lock system for a rail riser can include a rail riser and a gun lock having a body that includes a slot sized to receive the rail riser and extending from a top surface of the body along a front surface to a stop located above a bottom surface with a channel extending from one side along the top to another and situated so as to be located above a top surface of a riser when placed into the slot. The shape profile of the body can describe an octagon or a circle. The channel can receive an inserted padlock shackle and prevent removal of a rail riser placed within the slot. When a padlock is inserted, the gun lock can hold an engaged rifle with rail riser and prevent removal.
Barbell rack installable on a wall
A barbell rack (1) installable on a wall, comprising: a first upright (2) and a second upright (3) fixable to the wall and distanced from one another; a first pole (5) and a second pole (6) respectively associated to the first upright (2) and second upright (3), each of said poles (5, 6) having a plurality of holes (7) adapted to receive a support shelf (8), means for hinging (9; 10) each pole (5, 6) to the corresponding upright (2, 3) in such a way that each pole (5, 6) is movable between a use position, in which it is at a maximum distance from the corresponding upright (2, 3), and a rest position, in which it is at a minimum distance from the corresponding upright (2, 3).
Storage system with under platform storage
A storage system is described, having a rectangular platform adapted to be raised and lowered. The platform includes a top surface configured to support one or more items to be stored, a bottom surface, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side. The system also includes a first bracket, with an upper portion attached to the first side of the platform and a lower portion extending below the bottom surface. The lower portion of this first bracket is shaped in such a way as to provide a first surface on which a portion of an additional item rests. The system also includes a second bracket, likewise with an upper portion attached to the second side of the platform and a lower portion extending below the bottom surface. The lower portion of the second bracket is also shaped in such a way as to provide a second surface on which a portion of the additional item rests. In this way, the first and second brackets cooperate to support the additional item below the platform. In another aspect, the second bracket is replaced with at least one clip.
Rod holder
A rod holder is mounted on an upright or a horizontal structure to hold a rod, such as a fishing rod. A latch is pivotally mounted on a base with a pivot pin. The rod is received in a latch aperture to pivot the latch closed. The rod is removed from the latch aperture to pivot the latch open. An arcuate slot in the base or the latch is centered about the pivot axis. A limit pin is received in the arcuate slot to stop the latch in the open and closed positions. A base magnet and a latch magnet follow arcuate paths of the same radius. The latch magnet will pass over the base magnet as the latch pivots. Like poles of the base magnet and the latch magnet repel one another to hold the latch open or closed.
BIOMETRIC SAFE CABINET ASSEMBLY
A biometric safe cabinet assembly for accessing the firearm safe from a bedside includes a cabinet. The cabinet is a nightstand and is positioned adjacent to a bedside. A scanner is attached to a side of the cabinet. The scanner is a biometric fingerprint reader that is in electric communication with a microprocessor. The microprocessor determines if the fingerprint reading matches the accepted fingerprint data. The microprocessor is in electric communication with a lock which is an electromagnet. The lock receives electric current from a power supply to produce a magnetic field that attracts the magnet of a door. The door is for a safe for a weapon is to be stored within. The magnetic field will diminish when the electric current is closed off by the microprocessor if the correct fingerprint is used. The safe can be accessed by the user without leaving the bedside.
Safety device arrangement for firearm with magazine well
A safety device arrangement for a firearm with a magazine well comprising an insert (3A) adapted to the dimensions and shape of the magazine well and being lockable therein and a rack element (4A) for carrying the firearm, the body of the insert (5A) exposed from the magazine well being adapted in dimensions and shape to fit against the carrier part (17) of the rack element, is characterised in that the carrier part of the rack element is provided with an opening, slot or equivalent (18) and the body of the insert exposed from the magazine well provided with a hollow protrusion (7) adapted to fit to said opening, slot or equivalent and extended through and outside of the carrier part, and on the other hand opening inside the body, and that in the locking mechanism between the insert and the magazine well essential bar or equivalent (9) with its accessories (10, 11, 12) extending inside the insert is implemented to depart from and being lockable in said protrusion. In a preferred embodiment the base part (10) of said bar or equivalent (9) is fitted to pivot in the protrusion (7) and rotate the bar with its accessories between a position locking the insert to the magazine well, and a position releasing the locking, the protrusion and the base part comprising an arrangement (8, 14) for securing the locking position with a lock (22, 23).
