Self-rotating Asphalt Emulsification Mixing Production Apparatus
The present invention provides a self-rotating asphalt emulsification mixing production apparatus, which relates to a technical field of construction engineering. It includes a rotatable inner tank, arranged in an outer tank, wherein the inner tank is provided with a blending shaft; a second blending blade, distributed on an outer wall of the inner tank; the emulsification tank is provided with a partition plate, an overfeed hole is provided at a center of the partition plate; a rotary shaft is provided at a center of the emulsification tank, and the rotary shaft is connected with the blending shaft through the overfeed hole; a first disk and a second disk are provided on the rotary shaft. The present invention can carry out more efficient mixing of the asphalt, better heating uniformity, and at the same time realize a integrated processing of the mixing and emulsification of asphalt and soap.
Container rotation device
Described herein are devices and methods for rotating a container (e.g., a capped tube containing a sample). The disclosure provides devices and methods of rotating a container using one motor, resulting in a less complex device. The device moves and rotates a container rotating member which in turn is used to rotate a container. The devices can be used in automated analytical instruments (e.g., automated blood analyzers) that automatically transport and detect the identity of sample containers. The devices can also be used in instruments that automatically spin sample containers to mix or homogenize the sample.

CELL BAG ROTATOR
A cell bag rotator is constructed to slowly agitate a plurality of cell bags by rotation along a rotation axis that is at least partially horizontal. The cell bag rotator comprises a plurality of plates to which a respective cell bag is attached. The cell bag rotator is suitable for mixing cells with particles for performing various types of subsequent cell therapy processes on the cells.
Integrated processing mechanism for uniformly-mixing and filtering sample
A filtering and ventilating mechanism is driven by motors. The filtering mechanism rotates and presses downwards so its pressing surface is against a sample container. A ventilation needle is inserted into the sample container for ventilation. A mixing mechanism is arranged below the filtering mechanism and is driven by a mixing motor. The sample container is accommodated in a seat and is driven by the mixing motor. A test tube carrying mechanism is arranged below the mixing mechanism, and has an accommodating hole for a test tube. A jacking mechanism is arranged below the mixing mechanism, and is driven by a jacking motor. When the jacking mechanism moves upwards, a jacking platform is pressed against the bottom of the test tube, so that the test tube is butted against the bottom of the sample container, and a sample preparation in the sample container is dripped into the test tube.
REAGENT MIXING AND CONVEYING DEVICE AND REAGENT MIXING METHOD
The present invention provides a reagent mixing device, which comprises a driving device, a transport device and a rotating part, wherein the transport device comprises a conveying mechanism for conveying a reagent kit and a mixing mechanism for mixing a reagent; the conveying mechanism is driven by the driving device to move relative to the mixing mechanism; the rotating part and mixing mechanism are in transmission matching; the conveying mechanism and the mixing mechanism are sleeved with each other to form a bearing structure. The present invention further provides a reagent mixing method. The reagent mixing device is small in size, smart in structure, easy to assemble and low in manufacturing cost. The reagent mixing method provided by the present invention is simple and reliable, high in overall operation reliability, and has very high application values in such analysis and test fields as full-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers and biochemical analyzers.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MIXING SUBSTANCES
Mixer systems 200 are provided. A representative mixer system 200 includes a power circuit 105 that powers the mixer apparatus 200; a motor 110 that is electrically coupled and powered by the power circuit 105; and a rotating structure 115 that is mechanically coupled to the motor 110, which rotates the rotating structure 115. The rotating structure 115 includes container chambers 230a,b that a container 240a,b is aligned therein, wherein the rotation of the container 240a,b mixes substances that are contained in the container 240a,b to have a homogeneous or heterogeneous mixture.
SYSTEM FOR PREPARING A FORMULATION
The invention relates to a system for preparing a formulation in a container, comprising an agitating device, said agitating device including means for creating a conical depression within the formulation inside said container. Said system is arranged to prepare a formulation consisting of a nail polish inside a bottle.
Rotatable and stable container
Aspects of the present invention comprise a container that is stably rotatable. In embodiments, a container may rotate about a central axis, wherein the container comprises at least one feature at the central axis that facilitate rotation and at least one other lateral feature that provides stability to the container to reduce the occurrence of tipping or spilling while the container is moving.
MIXER FOR FLUID PRODUCTS
A mixer for fluid products, including a base, a support structure mounted on the base and rotatable about a first axis of rotation, and a housing structure having a housing for a container of fluid products. The housing structure is mounted on the support structure at a radial distance from the first axis, and can be rotated about a second axis of rotation which is at a radial distance from the first axis. A motor is mounted on the base for transmitting a rotational movement to the support structure about the first axis a first transmission. A second transmission transmits the rotational movement to the housing structure about the second axis. The housing for a fluid product container is at a radial distance from the second axis so as to impart, during use, a combined epicyclic movement to at least one container accommodated on the housing structure.
