Mixer for producing and solidifying an alloy in a subterranean reservoir
A downhole tool includes a housing configured to be placed into a subterranean environment and a mixer disposed in the housing. The mixer includes a first inlet configured to receive a fusible metal or alloy component and a second inlet configured to receive a solid metal or semi-metal component. Additionally, the mixer includes a mixing chamber configured to mix the fusible metal or alloy component and the solid metal or semi-metal component to form a liquid or partially liquid alloy. Further, the mixer includes an outlet configured to discharge the liquid or partially liquid alloy into the subterranean environment. The liquid or partially liquid alloy is configured to harden into a solid alloy over time.
MIXER FOR FORMING CERAMIC SUSPENSION WITH REDUCED COOLING AND RELATED METHOD
A mixer is disclosed including a sealed mixing chamber having an interior, and a rotating mixing bowl within the interior of the sealed mixing chamber. A stand operatively supports the sealed mixing chamber. The stand includes: a foundation, a mixing chamber base movably coupled to the foundation and positioning the sealed mixing chamber at an angle relative to horizontal, and a linear actuator system configured to move the mixing chamber base relative to the foundation in at least one linear direction. A rotating mixing head is operatively positioned and sealingly disposed within the sealed mixing chamber, the rotating mixing head rotating within the rotating mixing bowl. The mixer and a related method provide for ceramic suspension mixing with reduced cooling and possibly without cooling the suspension.
SYSTEM FOR PREPARING A FORMULATION
The invention relates to a system for preparing a formulation in a container, comprising an agitating device, said agitating device including means for creating a conical depression within the formulation inside said container. Said system is arranged to prepare a formulation consisting of a nail polish inside a bottle.
Device for extracting polysaccharide from acaudina molpadioides
A device for extracting polysaccharide from Acaudina molpadioides is provided, which includes a mixing box, a blocking cover, a feed pipe group, a discharge pipe, a bottom plate, a side plate, a first motor, a first transmission shaft, two drive shafts, a first circular gear, two second circular gears, two rotary discs, two connecting frame groups, two semiarc rotary discs, a slide bar, a stop collar, a fixed link, a baffle, a first bushing group and a first sleeve spring group. A top side wall and a rear lower side of the mixing box are communicated with the feed pipe group and the discharge pipe, respectively. Front side and rear sides of the slide bar are longitudinally connected with multiple first engaging teeth. Both the two semiarc rotary discs are connected with multiple second engaging teeth. The fixed link is connected between the stop collar and the slide bar.
System for storing, processing, and expelling a formulation
A processor-applicator system configured for the processing of at least one, and in some instance a plurality of compounds into a formulation for the subsequent expulsion therefrom. Such a system may comprise an applicator system and an intermediate section, the latter of which may house at least one cartridge having at least one compound disposed therein. Such cartridge may be disposed in mechanical relation to a vibratory component and a projectile chamber, each of which may effectuate a transfer of kinetic energy onto the at least one cartridge, thereby effectuating various changes to the compound therein, and resulting in the withdrawal of at least a portion of such compound into a reservoir of the applicator system for the subsequent expulsion therefrom. Such a system may be configured for use in a variety of fields, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and foodstuffs, and thus may operate with a plurality of compounds.
