System and method for continuous processing of powder products
A system for continuous processing of powder products includes a first inlet configured to input a first dry powder product, a second inlet configured to input a second dry powder product, and a dry powder mixing device that mixes the first dry powder product together with the second dry powder product to form a product mixture. An outlet dispenses the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device. A production machine is included and has a powder feed frame comprising a feed frame inlet connected to the outlet of the dry powder mixing device. The outlet of the dry powder mixing device is positioned at a lower level than the feed frame inlet. A product conveying device is connected between the outlet of the dry powder mixing device and the feed frame inlet to continuously convey the product mixture from the dry powder mixing device to the feed frame inlet.

A system for electric-motor driven transportation mechanism for fracturing operations is disclosed. The system can include a transportation mechanism to transport blending components from a first tub to a second tub through chutes that are disposed in a side area between the first tub and the second tub; a variable frequency drive (VFD) that provides real-time control of a frequency or speed of an electric motor associated with the at least one transportation mechanism to control transportation of the blending components; one or more sensors configured to detect a level of proppant in the first tub and transmit a signal to a control unit associated with the least one transportation mechanism, wherein the control unit is configured to receive the signal from the one or more sensors and provide real-time control of the VFD based on the signal.
Bale ripper assembly for feed mixer apparatus
A bale ripper assembly for pulling plant material from a bale may comprise a bale ripper device supportable on an auger of a feed mixer apparatus and having a first face and a second face with a perimeter. The perimeter may include a leading perimeter portion for orienting in a direction of movement of the device when the device is mounted on the auger of the mixer apparatus and the auger is rotated. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may include a plurality of sections with each section of the plurality of sections being oriented at an angle with respect to an adjacent said section of the leading perimeter portion. An outboard pair of the sections form an outboard tooth of the bale ripper device. The leading perimeter portion of the perimeter may have an edge face that extends between the first and second faces, and the edge face may be blunt.

A production process includes: feeding the recycled coarse aggregates and new aggregates into the hot recycled material drying drum simultaneously through the cold material bin for heating; adding the recycled fine aggregates to the mixing cylinder of the cold recycled material mixer through the existing cold addition system for recycled materials, and then being mixed and stirred with the recycling agent after dry mixing for a certain period of time, and placing the oil-rich fine aggregates in the cold recycled material batching machine and conveyed to the cold recycled material hoist through a conveyor belt.

Systems and methods are provided for integrated system for producing hydrated lime slurry from calcium oxide using dry calcium hydroxide as an intermediary. A hydrator is configured to receive calcium oxide and to mix the received calcium oxide with water to produce dry hydrated lime. A dry hydrated lime transportation mechanism is configured to transport dry hydrated lime from the hydrator on a continuous basis over a period of time. A storage silo is configured to receive the dry hydrated lime from the transportation mechanism. A dispensing system is configured to dispense dry hydrated lime from the storage silo into a slurry tank for combining with water to generate hydrated lime slurry.

Double shaft paddle mixer and arrangement and methods for producing paste
A double shaft paddle mixer, including a barrel chamber, and a first paddle screw and a second paddle screw. The first paddle screw is provided with first paddles and the second paddle screw is provided with second paddles. The barrel chamber includes a crushing zone and a mixing zone. The crushing zone is partly separated from the mixing zone by a partition member. A first inlet is connected to the crushing zone and a second inlet is connected to the mixing zone and an outlet connected to the mixing zone. The double shaft paddle mixer can be part of an arrangement and part of a method for producing paste.
