Medicament preparation devices, methods, and systems
A system for mixing a batch of medicament has a pump actuator, control valve actuators, a source of concentrate, and a purified water source, all connected by a fluid circuit. A controller controls various control valves to open fluid channels from the source of concentrate and from the purified water source to connect a junction of the fluid circuit to the concentrate container and the purified water source. The controller also controls the pump actuator and a water pump to flow water and concentrate through the junction into a mixing container, such that the mixture of the concentrate and the water requires additional dilution to form a ready-to-use medicament. The controller samples the mixture and calculate an additional quantity of water to add based on the sampling.

Rotary processing device
A rotary processing device that processes a processing object inside a drum and suppresses scattering of particles is described. The rotary processing device includes a drum including a feeding unit for the processing object on one side and a discharge unit for the processing object on the other side and a processor that is connected to a rotation axis member, rotates about a rotation axis of the rotation axis member, and processes the processing object in the drum. The rotary processing device also includes a suppressor that suppresses a gas flow from the other side toward the one side in the drum.
Tool for resisting rotation forces on a container during mixing operation
A tool for resisting rotation of a bucket of the type having a handle carried on a support wire is provided. The tool includes a handle engaging portion configured for attaching or engaging with the handle of the bucket, and a step plate coupled with the handle engaging portion and configured for resting against a surface of the ground. The handle engaging portion and the step engaging portion are configured to extend at generally right angles from each other. In operation, the handle engaging portion is engaged with the handle of the bucket, and the step plate is positioned on the ground, and a user steps on the step plate during mixing of materials contained within the bucket.
Hybrid calcium oxide hydration and hydrated lime slurry preparation system
Systems and methods are provided for integrated system for producing hydrated lime slurry from calcium oxide using dry calcium hydroxide as an intermediary. A hydrator is configured to receive calcium oxide and to mix the received calcium oxide with water to produce dry hydrated lime. A dry hydrated lime transportation mechanism is configured to transport dry hydrated lime from the hydrator on a continuous basis over a period of time. A storage silo is configured to receive the dry hydrated lime from the transportation mechanism. A dispensing system is configured to dispense dry hydrated lime from the storage silo into a slurry tank for combining with water to generate hydrated lime slurry.
